Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC is reporting a collections account on my credit report for the amount of {$870.00} past due as of XXXX XXXX Pursuant to Section 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) of the FCRA, a consumer account that has been placed for collections or written off must report the actual month and year the account first became delinquent. I have never received any notice of this collection. I have no contract or account with Transworld System Inc I requested from TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC the following in order to validate the legality of this debt. 1. Authenticated Contract - Contract between consumer and original creditor, including terms and conditions of contract. 2. Proof of Title to debt 3. Proof of Assignment 4. Proof of debtors failure to pay alleged debt 5. Accounting ( a breakdown of what the debt consists of ) I hereby invoke my right to request the above under the following : UCC 9-406, 810 ILCS 5/9-406 UCC 9-210 8b of the Collection Agency Act, 225 ILCS 425/8b 623 ( a ) ( 5 ) of the FCRA

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems, a collection agency, is reporting an account to my credit bureaus. They are reporting a Electric Bill that is disputed with the original creditor. Neither the creditor nor the collection agency ever reported this my credit bureau when it was being paid. I received no notice that this was being reported either! They are doing this for one reason, not to report credit history, since they clearly have never done that, they are reporting to extort payment from me. This is not what the credit bureau was designed for.

Consumer Complaint: I contacted Transworld Systems to pay off a debt that is incorrectly being garnished from my federal XXXX annuity. Total due was {$480000.00} My check has been garnished since 2021 but I noticed that the total amount was wrong. But, in order to stop garnishment, I was willing to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE. The collector said that he wanted an additional XXXX in collections fees to close the debt. after trying to explain I had paid two years of collection fees and penalties, that there is no need to incur fees when i am coming today to pay the debt owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in full today. They refused to take my money. I guess they know that if I dont pay, the will receive thousands of dollars in future collection fees. This is a debt collector hired by the government to collect a debt. I am willing to pay off the full balance. I tried to call the orginal creditor and they refused to take my full payment as well. Im a XXXX veteran, I have very little money. I am trying to make good on a debt and they wont let me pay it off. Is this what I served America for? Really?

Consumer Complaint: I have had this loan for several years now and it has been in forbearance due to me being in school for XXXX as well as XXXX program. They have continually tried to charge me causing late payments and missed payments that have wrecked my credit score despite it being in forbearance during that period. Now that I am no longer in school I have began making the payments yet they continually keep reporting it as missed and late payments on my credit report. I have talked to them several times and they agreed to remove the prior missed and late payments but never have removed them and are difficult to speak with through customer service as they just bounce your call around. Including they have harassed family members of mine that have nothing to do with account. They also have inaccuracies between separate credit reports that depict different amount of alleged missed or late payments which I do not understand considering it is one account.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to report a scam that I believe I may have fallen victim to. On [ date ], I received a phone call from a person who claimed to be from TSI. The caller said that I had a debt on my XXXX reward card and that I needed to pay it immediately. The caller gave me their phone number, which is XXXX, and their TSI ID number, which is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was suspicious of the call, so I decided to look up the TSI ID number online. I found a website that said that the number might not be the real TSI ID number for XXXX. I also found a website that said that there have been reports of people being scammed by people who claim to be from XXXX. I am concerned that I may have given my account number, bank name, and routing number to the scammer. I am worried that the scammer may use this information to steal money from my bank account. I have already contacted my bank and placed a fraud alert on my credit report. I am writing to you to ask for your help in investigating this scam. I would like to know if the TSI ID number that I was given is the real TSI ID number for XXXX. I would also like to know if there have been any other reports of this scam. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
