When I asked for verification of the debt owed, they sent me a copy of a statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. The statement total balance is {$67.00}. I sent Transworld Systems, Inc a check for XX/XX/XXXX statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX to pay the amount ( {$67.00} ) in full from that statement.

A canceled check, referencing the final payment was negotiated on XX/XX/2023. A letter was received on XX/XX/2023, from XXXX XXXX that the document subject claim was fully paid and the claim is closed. Yet, XXXX XXXX and Transworld Systems Inc., fail to update their database to show that the claim was timely paid and any collection agency action, including reporting the claim to credit bureau reporting agencies.

Consumer Complaint: The last communication that I had with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was a settlement statement and then the remainder of my deposit ( {$1000.00} ). This was after I vacated the property at their request ( which they breached the lease agreement ). XX/XX/XXXX I checked my email and saw an alert from XXXX that my points decreased and there was a collection account, when I logged in it was Transworlds System Inc, I called them and they said they were collecting on behalf of XXXX, again, the last communication from XXXX was my remaining deposit, and I had no communication with them afterward because my intent is to sue them for breaching the lease. However, I also had no communication from this Transworld company until the item appeared on my credit and I called them. The first time they ever made a phone call was XXXX after they were already on my report. Nonetheless, I do not owe Transworld or XXXX and in fact, I believe they owe me for breaching the lease damages for moving expenses, two months rent, utilities, and storage fees. These people have done great damage to my credit without any prior notices of so-called owed debt.

XXXX XXXX is trying to charge for the month of XX/XX/2022. I do not owe this debt. They are trying to charge me XXXX for the month of XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX i have sent letters to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and Transworld systems inc. with all the documentation to prove I do not owe this payment. But I have heard nothing in return. My lawyer also contacted them with no response.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX online offers a service which I tried and it never worked. I cancelled it due to poor service and returned the equipment. They promise me full credit but instead sent me to collection agency for equipment charge and the poor service charge during the trial period. Every time I dispute it and tell them its invalid and to stop, they send to another debt collector. This has happened four times in last two years and they just dont stop harassing me, never provide debt validation, they just keep passing the debt along to another collector. Please have this stop as the debt is invalid.
