Issue: Problem with a credit reporting company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the following information in my file. I recently received a copy of my credit report. The credit report showed credit inquiries that I don't recall authorizing. With the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 611 ( 15 U.S.C. 1681I ), I am practicing my right to challenge this questionable information. I understand thatyou shouldn't be allowed to put an inquiry on my file unless I have authorized it. Please have this inquiry removed from my credit file because it is making it very difficult for me to acquire credit. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone's credit is for : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Court Order The following credit inquiries are related to none of the aforementioned permissible TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC.

Consumer Complaint: We had a medical debt with XXXX XXXX that was set up on a payment plan with our XXXX. At some point the, XXXX balance was too low for the auto payment to go through and without a phone call or any communication the balance was moved to a collection agency called Transworld Systems. Transworld systems inc. is aggressively contacting us about the collection which we believed was fraudulent because we knew this was on a payment plan. We called XXXX XXXX and was told about the missed payment and collection agency. We made a payment to the balance and restarted the payment plan with XXXX over a month ago. Since then, the Transworld collection agency is continuously contacting us to pay the initial amount. There is obvious confusion between XXXX XXXX and their Collections agency Transworld Systems Inc and I am not able to get clear answers about the balance, payments made, and payment plan but the collection notifications continue.

Issue: Written notification about debt
Subissue: Didn't receive enough information to verify debt
Consumer Complaint: Transworld systems has been trying to collect an invalid debt. I asked for validation of the debt aside from the wrong information they're using to validate the debt they didn't send me the letter within the 30 day period. This invalidates the debt and allows me to collect {$1000.00} from them. I sent the letter asking for debt validation via certified mail with return proof. I sent to their headquarters and where they told me to send it. They signed for it on XXXX/XXXX/23. The letter they wrote validating the debt is labeled XX/XX/23. The letter I sent where to send it too they have a stamp that says " XXXX XXXX '' which they put in the date of delivery. I'm not sure what day XXXX XXXXXXXX days but it's over 30 days. So the validation was wrong and they broke the law by not responding in 30 days and I don't know if it's legal to use a stamp to sign for certified mail and not fill in the day you received the letter. Also the debt validation has wrong information it says XXXX XXXX was my referring physician. This is wrong and I will be googling and telling him that he is being used by a debt collection company to justify a debt. Also there's minimal information on the actual validation. It's riddled with blank spots. The original creditor XXXX XXXX should be investigated for insurance fraud XXXX XXXX did not refer me to them.

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: I have been having trouble paying of my current student loan with the loan provider and would like to report their unethical actions. On XX/XX/XXXX, I have requested a Segal AmeriCorps Education Award Payment Request to be submitted to USA Connect for the amount of XXXX, this request had been received and opened by a Loan Trust Officer on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX though has not yet been applied to the outstanding balance of my loan as of XX/XX/XXXX. I and a Trust Program Analyst from the Office of the Chief Financial Officer with AmeriCorps has been in numerous communications with multiple customer services agents from UAS Connect to the point of resending the payment voucher request and providing screenshots of the original request date and emails respondence to no avail. Their response is that I should hear back from their cash department and that I will hear back from them soon. This is the same response I received from multiple agents on the phone or by email and I have never received a call back or email explaining my concerns of why my payment request is not being handled. Their initial response while on my first call with them is that they never received the voucher, but I have provided proof that a Loan Officer had opened and reviewed the request two different times. The last I have heard from the company was on XX/XX/XXXX, yet again saying that I will received a call from someone in their cash department about my account. It has now been 5 months with this same issue, and I am very frustrated with their actions and services. I do not trust them with holding my loa account and would like to know what I can do to have this issue resolved. I can provide emails all, names and dates and time of every call that I have made to them over the past 5 months. I haven't had any problems with them since before Fall of XXXX when they denied my unemployment deferment request after being employment for 3 months and was unable to make any payments. XX/XX/XXXX, the payment request was sent. XXXX XXXX, the request was opened by a trust officer from UAS at XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX for a status update on payment. XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with an agent. XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with an agent. XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out by their email to request a second update on payment. XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX the request was opened by a trust officer from UAS. XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to XXXX UAS customer service agent regarding personal information on my loan account as they told me they couldn't find my account. at XXXX I received a response requesting my personal information which I provided to another agent XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX I received a response from UAS letting me know that payment research has been forwarded already to our Cash Department in regard to your loan Americorps payment concern. XX/XX/XXXX, I called and spoke with an agent and sent an email with screenshots of a second payment request and how it was sent to them from AmeriCorps Trust Analyst Officer. I have not heard my UAS since then and the request has still not been applied to my outstanding balance. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, I was called by a person who identified herself with a debt collection company. I told her I would not talk over the phone and to mail me anything they thought necessary. I never received anything in the mail. They continued to call, and on XX/XX/2023, I sent them a letter to their XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA address. I found this address after searching for a reverse phone number and tracking the corporate office. I still never received anything in the mail from them. I have continued to be harassed on the phone. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I was called again from a similar number but identified as TSI. On XX/XX/2023, I was called again by another similar number identified as TSI. Finally, on XX/XX/2023, I was called from a number not identified by my phone calling ID. It was TSI. I talked to XXXX XXXX. I told her that she was illegally harassing me, and I had notified her company I would only do business through the mail. I told her I would file a complaint against her company and her. It was then she just hung up the phone. I wish to file three ( 3 ) separate complaints against TSI for harassment. In addition, I will be filing complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and the Tennessee Attorney General 's Office.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld System is trying to collect on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This account is off my report by law, since it has been over 7 years. And isn't it true that according to the Statute of Limitations debt collectors can not collect after 4 years? Once again it has been 7 years! This company is illegally trying to collect a time-barred debt! I know about the FDCPA laws, and I kindly ask that this company to cease all communication with me. They keep calling me saying I owe them {$21000.00} I have never signed a contract with them, have never paid them nor do I owe them one cent! I am sending you this as proof that I have not paid them. Thank you in advance for investigating this matter

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2022 my refrigerator compressor stopped working I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which has contract w whirpool for repair, they said there will be XXXX diagnosis fee and it will be deducted from repair cost. Technician said compressor is not working and wanted XXXX for repair. compressor was under warranty for XXXX years and the refrigerator had worked for just XXXX years. They didn't do the repair under warranty and wanted XXXX for repair of compressor. After XXXX month playing tricks with me for not doing the job under warranty I bought a brand new of the same refrigerator for XXXX from whirpool. Because I called them for the repair under warranty, not just for diagnosis and they didn't do that I didn't pay diagnosis fee and went overseas to a country, XXXX, which has no banking and telephone relations with XXXX despite me sending them emails that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they imposed and imposed late fee to that XXXX, diagnosis fee and now they want XXXX ( through collector named TSI ), for XXXX diagnosis fee and the rest of it is late fee .I paid the collector diagnosis fee which was XXXX $ and initiated a dispute for late fee which is completely unfair because I've been XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I couldn't send money .I even couldn't call them from there .but I sent them several emails then and explained my situation but they were not listening and go on and on over late fee. I have paid diagnosis fee wo them doing their job ( to the collector, ) which was repair under warranty since they had contract XXXX whirpool.but late fee is not fair.like ur child is sick and u take the child to the doctor u don't want just diagnosis u want diagnosis and treatment .what was the use of that diagnosis wo repair which they didn't do it.
