XXXX I'm going to attach information from the post office tracking website by my count they owe me {$2000.00} one for not verifying the debt and one for not getting me an answer in time. Now I would like {$3000.00} for instructing the post office to hold my certified letter that proves they broke the law. Also at what point is XXXX XXXX responsible for giving me a fake XXXX debt charge selling my debt to TSI who does not validate the debt properly and then just is aware this company is breaking the law they both are at some point.

Payment plans were set up and payment actually has already been completed, yet XXXX and XXXX have both failed to correct the issue, all that has been updated was that monthly payments have been set up. Every time I call and ask what my options are, they say there is nothing they can do.I received a letter dated XX/XX/2022 saying that XXXX will consider wage garnishment and I may dispute the decision and have 60 days from the date of the letter. A day later, I receive a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/2022, stating that they are a debt collector attempting to collect on my student loans and their number is {$28000.00}. How can they say I have 60 days to respond but have already transferred the debt over to a collection company who has tacked on {$4600.00} 3 days prior? Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated seeing as how Im just struggling to survive.
