Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 Transworld Systems Inc ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Phone # tel : XXXX ) reported to my credit file an account on behalf of XXXX. This account is not mine. I have never had an account or any agreements with XXXX or Transworld Systems Inc. I have not received any notices from XXXX or Transworld Systems Inc. The only notice that I have received was a notification on my credit file. I have tried reaching out to Transworld Systems Inc and have been unsuccessful. I have reached out to the creditor XXXX and they have verified that this account is not mine. I am requesting that Transworld Systems Inc remove their claim and my information from their system and from my credit file as this has adversely affected my credit and is affecting my business and life.

Consumer Complaint: TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC has violated my consumer rights and has caused great harm to my reputation, my character, and my mode of living which has caused XXXX XXXX and XXXX damage. Here are the federal laws they have broken. 15 U.S. Code 6801 ( a ) It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. 15 U.S. Code 6801 ( b ) ( 1 ) to insure the security and confidentiality of customer records and information 15 U.S. Code 6801 ( b ) ( 3 ) to protect against unauthorized access to or use of such records or information which could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any customer. 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( a ) Notice requirements- Except as otherwise provided in this subchapter, a financial institution may not, directly or through any affiliate, disclose to a nonaffiliated third party any nonpublic personal information, unless such financial institution provides or has provided to the consumer a notice that complies with section 6803 of this title. 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( A ) such financial institution clearly and conspicuously discloses to the consumer, in writing or in electronic form or other form permitted by the regulations prescribed under section 6804 of this title, that such information may be disclosed to such third party ; 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( B ) the consumer is given the opportunity, before the time that such information is initially disclosed, to direct that such information not be disclosed to such third party ; and 15 U.S. Code 6802 ( b ) ( 1 ) ( C ) the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. Their service was not good and complained multiple times, but no use of complaint. They continued their service year over year due to their system tactic - Auto renewal to next year which i did not request to continue.Without my request they are applying fertilizers and was sending bills. Since they already did service, i kept paying for couple years with kind ness, but i am not able to come out of their service plans because of their auto renewal policy even though complained couple times. Finally decided not to pay the recent bill of around {$90.00} from XXXX of 2023. I requested to cancel this bill as i as i did not like the service.. They ignored my request and send my bill to collection agency - Transworld. systems inc Now iam afraid of my credit history and collection agency threat.

Consumer Complaint: I have conducted due diligence and found no record of TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS having the required license to conduct debt collection activities in Alabama. Therefore, I am formally requesting that TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS provide documented evidence of the agency 's authorization to engage in debt collection in Alabama. This should include a copy of the agency 's current and valid license issued by the relevant state authority. If your agency is unable to furnish this documentation, I insist that you immediately cease all collection efforts related to the alleged debt and discontinue reporting to the CRA 's without my consent. Additionally, I remind you that debt collection activities without proper licensure are not only illegal but also a violation of consumer rights protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and other applicable laws. Failure to comply with these laws may lead to legal consequences.

Consumer Complaint: Consumer received solicited email notice of an alleged debt account claiming to own an alleged account from affiliate XXXX XXXX under consumers copyrighted name. Upon research consumer have found that Transworld Systems Inc. either have no license or the proper license to collect on debt as a debt collector within California. Consumer has filed complaint with DFPI. TSI also stated that they are collecting a debt for XXXX XXXX as if TSI company was hired by XXXX XXXX which appear to be a common deceptive practice from a debt collector. I ask that TSI Please provide eventual documentation of your rights and interests for collecting on alleged debt. Please provide purchase agreement between your company and the XXXX XXXX concerning any matter of account in the name of consumer. The consumer has put on notice Transworld Systems Inc. illegal and deceptive acts against the consumer. Transworld Systems Inc. are attempting to collect on an alleged non-debt obligation. The consumer has notified your company that he seeks full validity using contractual interest, rights, and ownership of alleged credit account between XXXX XXXX and the Principal Consumer. The consumer requested previously to opt out of consumer reporting according to 12 cfr 1022.24 reasonable opt-out opportunity must be provided. TSI has failed to provide evidence and is considered to be in dishonor. Upon speaking with the IRS who has validated using documentary evidence via public access publication that a charged off, cancelled, discharged or collections account are considered income by terminology of certificate of indebtedness and must be accounted for as income providing 1099-C or 1099-A for its purposes as evidential documents as required by the IRS for the consumer and since its now treated as income per IRS, and according to consumer reporting agencies income is not included in consumer reports. Consumer has previously notified Transworld Systems Inc. of the foregoing information as well. If these accounts are being reported to consumer report, they must be deleted. Since my previous demand, Transworld Systems Inc. continues to be in default and its failure to perform according to law, the consumer will take it a step further in seeking remedy per 15 USC 1692k. Transworld Systems Inc. stated in their notice that lawsuit is being prepared against the consumer for alleged debt of the consumer. This is violation of California Rosenthal Act and FDCPA according to 15 USC 1692. Also I want to point out that XXXX XXXX has a mandatory arbitration clause on any disputes. Its a violation of contract for any adverse actions to happen without going through arbitration. Therefore, Transworld Systems Inc. claim is of owning alleged debt with rights to collect would be void in court. As stated before in previous claim you are in violation of my privacy under the Privacy Act of 1974 and the California Consumer Privacy Act. consumer did not authorize Transworld Systems Inc. to obtain in anyway my private information including alleged debt and use it against the consumer. Consumer have no contract with Transworld Systems Inc. Consumer also stated previously by notice did not verbally nor provide written agreement of sharing my personal information. Consumer would like to know who authorized Transworld Systems Inc. to obtain personal and private information without written consent? Please provide original security or any documents relating to an agreement between myself and Transworld Systems Inc. Please provide documentary evidence of my authorizing of Transworld Systems Inc. to open an account in consumer name and infringe on consumer credit report. As stated in previous notice a California resident under California Consumer Privacy Act, have the right to request deletion of personal information and opt out of sale of personal information. PLEASE PROCESS OPT OUT OF SELLING AND SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION & DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION. As the consumer previously stated to Transworld Systems Inc., under 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports a consumer report must have written consent from consumer agreeing to the furnishing of information and consumer report can not have personal transaction history. This violation account on my consumer report has attempted to prevent the consumer from taking advantage under the full faith and credit his legal rights for equal and fair credit opportunities by damaging of the copyrighted name that Transworld Systems Inc. has opened an account under. Consumer is entitled to compensation per violation sharing and using not fully disclosing all information and intent of trading/sharing and profiting off consumer private personal information and violating Privacy Act 1974 and FDCPA. Proof of claim will be used to file suit for not only identity theft but also state and federal violations.
