Consumer Complaint: After reviewing my credit report I noticed the account shown below on my credit report reporting as a collection account owed. This is false and fraud. I do not owe this company any money. This company is reporting false information on my credit report. Upon checking the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau website I noticed that this company Transworld Systems , Inc is in litigation for reporting false information on consumer credit reports. Attached is the article from this litigation. I have also reported this via complaint since Ive contacted you guys the credit bureaus more then 5 times on this matter and it is still falsely reporting on my credit report. This is affecting my credit history along with me purchasing my home. I do not owe this company any money. I paid this company the bill on the date it was owed before closing out my account with them. This information is also attached with the invoice of payment. This is in the amount of {$1700.00} which also was not even the last payment amount owed!! This company has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 312. This account is being falsely reported and is extremely misleading. TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX company has directly violated law written by congress , please remove. Attached is also an article directly on this website XXXX talking about this companies false reporting tactics. Please delete this from my credit report. Ive been contacting this company along with the credit bureaus for 6 months now and nobody has responded to me or removed this false account.

I have never been involved in any eviction proceedings, nor have I ever lived at this address. I have supporting documentation from relevant authorities that prove the discrepancy is in the process of being removed, which I can provide at your request. I want to clarify that this is an isolated incident and does not reflect my character or financial responsibility. The issue is currently being rectified, and I have taken all necessary steps to ensure its resolution. I am a victim of identity theft or fraud and have taken appropriate actions by reporting the incident to the authorities and providing supporting documentation. Consumer Complaint: I had an outstanding bill with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX due to them not billing my insurance correctly. The date of service was XX/XX/XXXX. I received my first bill in XXXX and immediately contacted them to let them know they billed my insurance incorrectly. I had sent in the correct insurance information and followed up monthly until XX/XX/XXXX. Not only were they billing my insurance incorrectly they stated they sent in the claims and never did on multiple occasions. They also claimed they put a hold on my account to stop it from going into collections. After my insurance made their payment my balance was XXXX XXXX and I requested an itemized statement. I then started receiving phone calls and letters from Transworld systems incorporated which is a collection agency attempting to collect a debt which was MORE then the original bill as my insurance negotiated for a lesser fee. I sent in my itemized statement from the original billers and they told me " sorry our system shows you owe ''. I said someone needs to contact XXXX to have this removed from your system as the debt is invalid. I also called XXXX who stated that they would " followup '' with the collection agency. A week later they didn't and after speaking with a supervisor was told " the ticket was closed as my account shows a XXXX balance so no one contacted the collection agency ''. The collections agency is illegally billing me when I have Medicaaid and the debt has been paid in full. They are harassing me for a fraudulent debt, and refuse to stop after I've provided evidence from the original debtor that my balance is XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I walked into a XXXX XXXX store on Friday evening, XX/XX/2023, after dark, carrying a fairly large box containing a computer that I needed to be shipped out overnight. I asked the clerk if they could ship the box to upstate New York for a next-day, Saturday morning delivery. The clerk said YES, they would. They measured the box, entered the details into their system, and told me the cost would be {$740.00}. I handed the clerk my credit card, and the clerk charged my card and handed me the receipt. I immediately looked at the receipt ; the box was still on the counter where I had placed it. The bottom of the receipt had the following text printed on it : Expected Delivery Date : Tuesday, XX/XX/2023. I said to the clerk, Excuse me. I asked for overnight Saturday morning delivery. Why does the receipt state that the delivery will be on Tuesday? I was stunned by the clerks response. He said these words : Oh, well, there is no way we could deliver this package for Saturday delivery because the truck has already come before you got here, and there are no more pick-ups this evening. I shook my head and simply said, if you can not deliver this package by tomorrow morning then I want to be refunded, and I will take my package somewhere else. The clerk immediately refunded my credit card payment and handed me the receipt. I still have the refund receipt. I took the package to the XXXX store down the street, and they shipped my package overnight, and it arrived as expected the next morning. XXXX charged me {$160.00}, and I have the XXXX receipt. I checked my credit card statement a few days later, and there was no charge from XXXX XXXX. The payment was voided on XX/XX/2023, and never settled. On XX/XX/2023, I noticed that a charge had appeared on my credit card statement from XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$740.00}, dated XX/XX/2023 and the reference number was the same as my canceled transaction from XX/XX/2023. I have the reference number need it. If you enter this XXXX XXXX tracking number into the XXXX XXXX website, you will see the following details : FROM XXXX, IL US Label Created XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX PACKAGE RECEIVED BY XXXX XXXX, IL XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX IN TRANSIT Shipment cancelled by sender XXXX, IL XX/XX/2023 XXXX XXXX OUT FOR DELIVERY TO XXXX, NY US Scheduled Delivery Date Cancelled SCHEDULED DELIVERY DATE Your shipment was cancelled by the sender. A delivery date will no longer be provided. DELIVERY STATUS Cancelled XXXX notified to void this shipment. XXXX XXXX did not ship anything. There was no delivery. The charge was correctly voided. The clerk did not mention any cancelation fee nor did he tell me that I would be penalized for taking my package out of the store after asking for a service they could not provide. The clerk misled me, and he was visibly embarrassed. I have proof that XXXX shipped the package that same day. XXXX XXXX is essentially stole my money by charging my credit card two weeks after I took my package with me out of their store ( after getting a refund ). Six months later, in mid XX/XX/2023, I complained to the XXXX store manager ( again ) because I had received a letter from XXXX threatening me with a collection action if I did not pay them the amount that I OWED THEM!!! Can you believe this? They actually threatened me with collection action. I told the Store Manager that he needed to contact XXXX customer support because I they refused to help me when I contacted them months ago. The store manager succeeded - finally - in getting someone from their corporate office to contact me about this matter. The did finally refund the {$740.00} that they stole from me. I also asked them to make sure that no further credit agency action would occur and I was assured that there would not be any credit collection action against me. But - today - XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter from Transworld Systems Inc - a credit collection agency - demanding that I pay them {$840.00} which they claim that I owe to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is UNBELIEVABLE! I can not believe that I continue to be harassed about the worst customer service that any XXXX customer has ever experienced. I am being accused of owing money to XXXX when they stole money from ME and held on to it for XXXX months. Now they continue to demand that I pay them for NOTHING. They provided NO SERVICE to me whatsoever. I refuse to pay this money. I demand that all debt collection actions be stopped and I would like written apology from XXXX. If they continue to harass me, I will take all legal action possible. If my credit score is affected by this ridiculous activity, I will take all legal action possible.

Consumer Complaint: Greetings On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I received a bill from Transworld Systems Inc. in reference to a debt that they paid for to collect in the amount of {$1200.00}. This debt was bought from a utility company called XXXX. XXXX is in violation of 15 US Code 6802, 1681 ( b ), 6801 and 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ). All are associated with privacy violations. So once again a clear violation of my privacy rights has gone unchecked. I sent Transworld a certified validation letter, cease and desist letter and a 30 day affidavit of truth on XX/XX/XXXX in reference to the alleged debt. They did not produce the evidence to prove their claim. They did not respond in the form of an affidavit and did not remove the debt from my consumer report as demanded by me ( XXXX XXXX ). I do not owe this company any money whatsoever. Nor have I gone into any agreement them at all. I've also uploaded a copy of my consumer report and there are several inaccuracies coming from the same company. The consumer report states that I owe {$960.00}. However, my notice in the mail says {$1200.00}. The report also states that the reporting dates are inaccurate as well as the last dates active. This is also a Maryland account and I have live in Florida since XX/XX/XXXX. So there is no way physically I could've opened the account on XX/XX/XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I have repeatedly disputed a debt that XXXX has sold to multiple collection agencies. The information is incorrect and the companies that keep selling to XXXX company and another without having any verifiable information keep reporting the information as accurate. The credit reporting agencies keep reporting this information without requesting verification. I keep having to dispute this information and have it removed and a few months later the information is sold to a new collections agency only to have it re-reported. The new collections agency is XXXX XXXX XXXX which I have NO Business contracts with.

Consumer Complaint: I have 2 previous complaints about this company harassing me. They still will not stop. I contacted an attorney and sent them a cease and desist letter. Im in the process of filing a lawsuit. It started with emails. I was receiving emails for an account that was not mine. I emailed them back, I filed a complaint here. Im filing the complaint here the company received my phone number and address and have been harassing me and any people who come to my home since. I filed another complaint about this expecting it to stop, it has not. On XX/XX/2023 and agent attempting to serve court papers to a person whom does not live at my address beat on my door so hard that it broke the hinges. My home has become terrifying for me to live in, with the constant threats and harassment. This company will not stop harassment of THE WRONG PERSON. I am now asking for XXXX XXXX as compensation for emotional distress, damage of personal property, defamation of character invasion on privacy, loss of sleep and income. Making my home unsafe for me to occupy as I can no longer lock my dead bolt as they broke my door. Emotional distress and an hourly wage for trying to resolve this, trespassing and refusal to stop.

I have never lived in the apartments that forwarded this debt. Transworld requested documents from the apartment via email and have not received anything. A representative stated in XX/XX/XXXX they reached out to the XXXX landing apartments and have not heard back regarding the requested information. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX, was told the same thing again : we have submitted a request to the company and still waiting for a response. 6 months and this has not been removed or answered. I cant even get a home for my XXXX kids and I because this is on my credit. Please ask them to stop stalling and remove this from my credit since the original owner of the debt has not sent requested documents in over 90 days!!!
