Consumer Complaint: I had called the company on XX/XX/2023. I was not able to make the payment of {$900.00}, just {$50.00}. The person I called had said they would change the amount charged- as he asked if this would be a regular occurrence because I did the same thing the previous month. After he agreed to make the changes, two days later on the XXXX of XXXX, {$900.00} was deducted from my account. I was unable to pay my health insurance premium because of the charge difference. I went to my bank and they processed a claim for me to adjust the charges so the bank gave me a conditional credit of {$850.00}.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld System Inc is improperly reporting a collection account for original creditor : Arizona Public Service. This account was paid directly through APS and they send a deletion letter. Transworld System Inc is still reporting this on the credit report as a paid collection. I have reached out to them and they refuse to accept the letter from the original creditor. They also refuse to properly update my credit report. This account should never have gone to collections. This was a mistake of APS which they regret and have provided a letter stating that the account would be deleted from my credit. This is preventing me from getting a mortgage and the improper use of my credit report has already caused monetary damaged and will continue to do so if this is not removed. Under the fair credit reporting act, if information reported to the credit bureau is incorrect, the information must be deleted. This is the case here as Transworld Systems is reporting incorrect information.

This falls under inaccurate/false reporting and must be DELETED PERMANTELY FROM ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAU 'S IMMEDIATELY and due to law passed effective XX/XX/2017 no judgments are to be reported on neither 3 credit bureaus. Consumer Complaint: A few weeks ago I noticed a medical collection on all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). I was not aware that I owed this debt. I was not notified of this debt. On XX/XX/XXXX I called Transworld Systems at XXXXXXXX XXXX and spoke with XXXX. Her employee number is XXXX. I asked her, " How did TransWorld Systems verify this debt ''. She stated they mailed a letter to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, TN XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I lived at an entirely different address in a different city on that date, and I have a lease to prove it. Before that date, I lived with a family member at a different address. Before that, I was in the XXXX located in XXXX XXXX Oklahoma. I asked her, " Did you all verify this debt by email? '' She stated no. I then asked her did you all verify this debt with me over the phone, and she said no. She stated that they called the phone number they had on file multiple times but no one answered. She said someone picked up the phone on XXXX the XXXX XXXX and said they had the wrong number. The Consumer Financial Bureau ( CFPB ) states, " Make sure the bill is yours and shows your correct name, insurance information, and billing address. '' However, I was not provided a chance to verify any of this information. Instead, this company took it upon itself to place this on my credit report without giving me a chance to verify the debt. The Consumer Financial Bureau ( CFPB ) states, " Debt collectors are not permitted to report a medical bill to the credit reporting companies without trying to collect the debt from you first. Debt collectors may be hoping that you will simply pay the bill without disputing it. Instead, you have the right to dispute the information. However, I never received notification of this debt prior to Transworld Systems placing this on my credit report. I recorded the phone conversation between the representative and I for my protection. I am completely disgusted at how debt collection agencies feel as if they can do whatever they want. The companies information is as follows, TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX I demand this collection be deleted from all three credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) immediately. Failure to do so could result in legal action against Transworld Systems.
