Consumer Complaint: I received a call from TSI stating we owed {$1000.00} for unpaid balance to XXXX XXXX from XXXX, XXXX. It was my name on the complaint but the address was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX MN & we sold that house in XXXX. This call came in on XX/XX/XXXX. They had no proof of the transactions. They told me they would contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX would send an itemized statement of the transactions. I was suspicious that TSI didnt have that information since they had acquired the bill. Also they had my phone number & I had never heard from either company before. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/23 I received a copy of my consumer report from XXXX indicating that I had a new collection appear on my report. Transworld Systems Inc XXXX this account dropped my credit score and I was confused to how such a thing could happen when in fact I have never owed any debt with this collection agency. I requested an immediate investigation in which I requested verification and validation of compliant reporting in the form of a notarized statement by someone with original knowledge of the debt, attesting that it was legally incurred, not used as a profit-loss tax deduction during the payable period, and not claimed as a loss with any insuring entity during the payable period. I request proof of any and all claims.

Consumer Complaint: Original complain to XXXX XXXX, once the complaint was file on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX file was transferred to a company according to the letter they summited with CFPB portal on XX/XX/XXXX seams to me this companies are backdating documents to commit fraud according to TSI a copy of a Bill is proof of the debt and the letter they send NO NAME OR SIGNATURE by anyone Please verify your claim under pains and penalties that this is a true debt and not a collection scheme per the F.D.C.P.A at 15 U.S.C. 1692 e.g. Please send me a certified copy of your license to collect a debt in California. If you purchased this as a debt collections device to make money as a debt collector, you have 30 day to remove any and all unlawful on my credit report. Failure to respond in is acceptance and your failure to cure your dishonor will receive my NOTICE AND DEMAND for damages for violations to include : Fraud, Extortion, Denial of Right to Happiness, Dishonor in Commerce, Collusion, Racketeering, Conspiracy, Intimidation, Defamation, TILA violations, FDCPA violations. This is the Original complain to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a debt collection agency, for their unjust and unethical practices in attempting to collect a debt that has not been properly verified and is beyond the statute of limitations. I am deeply concerned about their approach, which appears to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and other relevant consumer protection laws. I recently received communication from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the form of an invoice and a copy of a phone bill, both of which are being used as evidence to support their claim for debt repayment. However, I find their approach inadequate and problematic for the following reasons : 1. Failure to Verify Debt : According to the FDCPA, debt collectors are required to provide validation of a debt upon request. I have made an official request for debt verification, and all I received in response was a copy of a phone bill and an invoice to pay. This does not constitute sufficient verification of the debt 's legitimacy and accuracy. 2. Expired Statute of Limitations : The debt in question is beyond the statute of limitations, which means that the legal timeframe for pursuing collection actions has expired. Despite this, XXXX XXXX XXXX is attempting to collect the debt, which raises concerns about their adherence to legal guidelines and ethical standards. 3. Insufficient Documentation : A mere copy of a phone bill and an invoice does not provide the necessary documentation to prove the validity of the debt. Without detailed information and proper validation, it is impossible for me to assess the accuracy of their claim. 4. Furnished the written validation notice within the required time period and otherwise complied with applicable validation requirements ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g I kindly request that the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation thoroughly investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against XXXX XXXX XXXX if they are found to be in violation of consumer protection laws. I believe their actions not only undermine my rights as a consumer but also contribute to the erosion of trust in the debt collection industry as a whole. I am attaching copies of all relevant correspondence from XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as any communication I have had with them. I appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to safeguarding consumer rights. Please feel free to contact me at XXXX or XXXX if you require any further information or clarification regarding this complaint. I look forward to a swift resolution to this issue and the restoration of my rights as a consumer. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a phone that was incomplete. I called and XXXX agreed to cancel my XXXX account and I return phone. They cancelled my charges and I sent phone back. I continued with their cable TV and internet service. Phone returned IMMEDIATELY in XXXX, but they never credited my CC. In XXXX, I disputed CC charges, sent my bank proof phone was returned and charges reversed. In XX/XX/2023, I move to Arkansas. No bills were ever sent to me and I thought all was finished. After moving XXXX sent me notice that I owed {$93.00} for the phone and one month of XXXX at {$25.00} and startup. I explained through EMAIL and PHONE that I returned phone and had cancelled that account. After 4 months and me moving, they claimed I never returned phone and that I also owed the {$25.00} for first month. XXXX turned my account to TSI for collections in XXXX. I tried to submit a dispute, but their site wouldn't allow me to. I finally got proof from my bank and XXXX shipping proof. I sent proof to XXXX and TSI. TSI has now blocked me as I have sent them proof of return. BOTTON LINE, the negative on my credit hasn't been removed. I am in the process of emailing XXXX and TSI every day.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, XXXX has sent {$59.00} to a collection agency for services that never occurred. In XX/XX/2022 I paid XXXX XXXX {$51.00} to send a Priority Overnight envelope approx. XXXX miles. My envelope was lost/missed and never left the local XXXX location. It sat for multiple days. I finally drove over to the local XXXX and retrieved my package. I then made the drive to deliver the package myself. I made multiple requests to XXXX for a refund in the amount of {$51.00} due to not receiving the service that was paid for and taking the package myself. All requests were denied. I then submitted details and supporting documentation to my bank. After a thorough and months-long investigation, my bank ruled in my favor and reversed this charge. XXXX has now sent {$59.00} to a collection agency for services that never occurred. Can you please assist? Thanks.

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Trouble with how payments are being handled
Consumer Complaint: I paid off my loan in full and was issued a refund of {$260.00} ( for overpayment ) effective XX/XX/2023 per their website but HAVE NOT received that amount in my bank account nor via mail/check. I'm tired of their lack of responses to my emails or calls regarding the mishandling of my money. I need them to route that money to my bank account which they had access to as that's where all my payments to them were coming from and they need to send me an OFFICIAL letter that states my business with them is terminated after I receive that refund back. I'm not sure who pocketed the extra refund payment, but it was not received by me and it needs to be returned to me asap. Most corrupt student loan company ever.

They provided me with written documentation, including an explanation of the breach and their commitment to resolving the issue.
