Consumer Complaint: I recently received notice that my credit report negatively reflects a negative debt balance from a company I have never heard of, nor have I received notification from. I was recently notified from a debt consolidation company that Transworld System Inc has a collection debt of {$1100.00}. Following the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I do not believe they followed the proper guidelines to notify me of this alleged debt or correctly verified the accuracy of my information. Transworld Systems Inc improper procedures are highly damanging to my credit score and should be deleted immediately for noncompliance.

My initial balance of this debt has changed with debt collectors, as well as with Transworld wihich was initially {$670.00}. In early XXXX my balanced decrease to {$470.00} without understanding why. I do not recall owing the original debtor any money. I requested an itemized breakdown of what I owed so I could either take accountability for the debt, or have it removed. Transworld is still looking for me to pay this fraudulent account which someone used identity theft. Account is Transworld Systems Inc. and XXXX had completed the investigation and sent me a letter which I have on me that it was complete and deleted from my account. Well I spoke with XXXX today with XXXX and she had to file another dispute as the lender requested it be back on my credit report. I shouldn't have to keep doing this. The investigation was already complete and inaccurate and deleted from my account.

When I called the number provided I was told it was an error which to me seemed like a deceit tactic to get me to call and therefore breaking the law and consumer protection act.
