Consumer Complaint: Due to hardship we had to do a mortgage loan modification for both our first and second mortgage in XX/XX/XXXXwith XXXX XXXX XXXX ( government program HAMA ). Upon completing that, the letter we received later in XX/XX/XXXXstates that our second mortgage loan was in default, was being transferred to Nationwide Credit Inc. but it never states that our loan was going to be charged off. Since then we have made every payment for over 5 years like clockwork. Sometime between XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX " merged '' or " sold to '' or " hired '' XXXX mortgage services. We now receive statements for both our first and second mortgage from XXXX on XXXX letter head. However, the statement for our second mortgage on XXXX letter head instructs us to send the payment for just the second mortgage to Nationwide Credit. We find this deceiving and gave us the impression for over 5 years that XXXX/XXXX still held our loan and had not charged it off. Now XXXX has reported to at least XXXX and XXXX ANOTHER CHARGE OFF in XX/XX/XXXX ( how can they charge it off twice )? We can prove they charged it off in XX/XX/XXXX and are now charging it off AGAIN in XX/XX/XXXX ( at least according to our credit reports ). Also, we believe our credit reports are changing almost weekly since we filed the complaint with XXXX/XXXX/Nationwide ( we are not sure which company we should be dealing with? ). We think they are trying to change it to cover their tracks or dates etc. We have pictures of different report dates etc constantly. Both XXXX and XXXX are wrong. But, specifically XXXX is bogus, it even reports a highest balance of {$0.00} for our second mortgage, {$0.00} paid on that loan but then shows a balance of over {$30000.00} and shows as a " charge off '' in both XX/XX/XXXXand XX/XX/XXXX. How can you charge a loan off twice 5 years apart? And report a late payment when we have made payments for over 5 years like clockwork? How can a company charge a loan off twice 5 years apart after we have made the payments AND they send statements from the same company even though we are sending payments to a third company? This slight of hand and bogus credit reporting is ruining our ability to function and get any consumer and business funding/capital. We have attached two pictures below that show two charge offs, one in XX/XX/XXXX and one in XX/XX/XXXX. You can also see that it reports we have paid off {$0.00} of this loan. We paid off almost half of this loan. It also shows highest balance as {$0.00} yet a balance of {$35000.00}. I mean nothing on this is correct. We have been trying to resolve this for over a month with the company and are getting nowhere. We are now filing this complaint and have hired an attorney.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, my bank sent University Accounting Services the payment due on XX/XX/2019. Documentation indicates it was received by UAS on XX/XX/2019. UAS sent a report to the credit bureaus indicating that I had missed my XXXX payment. My credit score dropped 140 points. I contacted UAS by internal website messaging and by phone. I also submitted a dispute form to XXXX XXXX regarding this issue. The customer service agent at UAS insists that the payment received on XX/XX/XXXX was payment due on XX/XX/XXXX. I told her that this was incorrect. I have documentation from my bank showing all payments were sent two weeks ahead of the due dates to insure proper time for application. She has sent my account to an accounting specialist.

Consumer Complaint: This company Transworld Systems is trying to collect {$110.00} from me for a bill they claim I owe. I have written them several letters demanding that they comply with the Fair Dept Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act by ( 1 ) providing me a contract or bill from Transworld Systems with my signature on it as follows : " I am requesting validation, made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Please note that I am requesting validation ; that is competent evidence bearing my signature, showing that I have ( or ever had ) some contractual obligation to pay Transworld Systems. '' They sent me a computer printout of a bill, but nothing with my signature on it showing a contractual relationship between myself and Transworld Systems. They are in violation of the Fair Dept Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act by claiming I owe money to them and they have no document bearing my signature wherein I allegedly owe them any money or authorized these charges. They are reporting this fraudulent claim to the credit bureaus as a valid debt, yet they are unable to validate the debt.

Consumer Complaint: This particular account situation that is lately filing on my own credit document has a seriously unfavorable relation to my personal ability to obtain a present loan application. I highly recommend you generate verification that ( Account Name ) has been reported completely in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations, it's really a serious problem to mis-report. Moreconfirmation of the aforesaid item too. My proper request mustover, I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late in any of my payments and I'm not greatly tuned in to the date opened so I prefer to ask your be investigated as soon as possible and confirmed to be correct. I asked them to please stop calling. they were recording this conversation so that should have been the end of it. today XX/XX/19 they called again XXXX in the XXXX ( outrageous ) disregarding previous requests to stop contacting me - they have the wrong number. Now they are harassing me. I do not have any debt. I do not know the person they keep asking for. Thank you!
