Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I checked my XXXX credit report and a debt for {$4300.00} from a company called Transworld Systems. It was reported on XXXX XXXX,2020. The company states the debt is 2.5 years old and it has no account type to identify what type of debt it is. The company put a fraudulent debt on my credit report. I have no knowledge of this company. Then at the bottom the company put remarks stating it was result of a natural disaster. I have no idea how they obtained my information. Two years ago I wasnt in a natural disaster. The collection agency or the original creditor I have never done business with. I live in California and the original creditor is not even located in the stare I have lived for the last 4 years.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of id theft, I have disputed several of my accounts with the credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX, I have requested that they prove these accounts are mine, I asked for contracts with my signature on it, etc. The would simple respond that I need to contact them furnisher directly etc. They asked me to provide police report etc, First off I am a XXXX man in America. I am not going to the police to report anything, I tried to get a police report done online but my local police does not allow that. I am asking you to get involved because the credit bureaus seems to side with debt collectors. Further more I asked the credit bureaus to correct my reports due to the fact that XXXX would delete a certain account on my file but XXXX will say they verified the account. so my profile is not accurate due to the fact that they are not reporting correct information.

Consumer Complaint: Nationwide Credit , INC has sent out several confusing letters attempting to collect a dent for XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$9600.00} but I never gave written consent or authorization to this company to have my personal and private information. Nationwide Credit , Inc is a debt collector but XXXX XXXX is still actively contacting me regarding the same debt. Due to this situation my credit reputation has been damaged and I have been denied a new home and business funding which takes away my ability to pay my bills, run my business, feed and cloth my family. This situation is causing stress to myself and my family. My federally protected rights as a consumer have been violated by both companies. I did not sign any contract with Nationwide Credit , Inc and give them permission to have my information.

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted Transworld Systems Inc ( TSI ) to dispute a XXXX XXXX bill, and they sent me the paperwork to dispute the bill. I filled the paperwork on XX/XX/XXXX and returned it back to XXXX XXXX. I followed up with TSI, as instructed on several different occasions : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX speaking with various different agents there, including XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, each time receiving a different story about the status of the debt. I was told that once that XXXX XXXX mailed out paperwork regarding the dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. By XX/XX/XXXX, when I had not received it, I called and was told that someone was going to look into it, and call me back with an update, that they need to reach out to XXXX XXXX. I asked if I should call XXXX XXXX, and was told that they will not be able to help me, and they would just send me back to XXXX, since the account was in collections. I never heard back, then I called back again on XX/XX/XXXX and then got a completely different story, that XXXX XXXX hadn't sent out anything yet, and that no one basically knew what was going on, and I keep getting the run around. The debt is not mine, I have provided all the requested paperwork and have confirmation of the fax being received. I would like this debt removed from my credit report. I submitted more than 1 dispute for this account, only to ever receive dispute paperwork. I have asked for the written contract for this debt. I have requested that if they do not have the proper documentation that they remove this immediately, under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ). A final bill from the original creditor is not verification. Please assist in this matter. I also received a call from a XXXX number, and was told that it was in regards to my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. When I called that number back, it was a sales call for utilities at a lower price. I believe that was my information was sold or compromised because they specifically referenced my account with TSI and the dispute. I did bring this up on the call to Ms. XXXX, when I spoke with her on XX/XX/XXXX. This has been going on for nearly 2 months now and I just would like help to get this issue resolved. Thank you!

Consumer Complaint: rcvd a collection notice which I will download. XX/XX/XXXX. This involved Auto Insurance and my personal Health Insurance. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an invoice from the same provider, stating that I had a balance of {$23.00}, which I paid. That was it. This started in XXXX. I received this collection and contacted the CREDITOR, 5 times, spoke to XXXX XXXX, they made no demand nor they gave me any information regarding an owed debit. Received an email stating that she was looking into the matter but never called me back. This has been way over a month. On the other hand, I also sent 3 emails to the collection Agency requesting more information and explaining everything and also requested that they inform me. Never heard from them. Please inform How much longer do we have to deal with companies like this? How much longer are these people going to do whatever they want and nothing happens! One way or the other this has to stop. I certainly hope that Honesty and Integrity play a roll. It will get nasty.

Consumer Complaint: I must thank you for what you are doing. The thing is that I was asked to take a XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) to start with my activities in my school. I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019. I showed them the XXXX ID of the insurances ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX ) and the " nurse '' told me I didnt need to pay for anything. Then, they asked me to come back on XX/XX/2019 to check my arm. I showed the insurance ID cards once more and the person who saw my arm said I didnt need to pay for anything either. Now, I received a letter saying I need to pay XXXX {$44.00} for them. Im NOT going to pay for anything because after explaining lots of times what happened to the company which brought me as XXXX ( international teacher ) te situation, they told me to contact one of my insurance company whose name is XXXX. The person from XXXX said to me that I needed to ask XXXX XXXX to submit the claim to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX ). I sent an email to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX letting them know how they can submit the claim to XXXX but I keep having this debt. In fact, I have been receiving letters from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX telling me about consequences if I dont pay the debt. I feel intimidated and harassed by both XXXX of South Carolina and XXXX XXXX XXXX. When trying to call the XXXX XXXX of South Carolina, you can use more than XXXX minutes of the phone without any answer. They do not take calls. Abusive people!

Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I was made aware by UAS that I had a payment for my XXXX Loan coming due. I am in the Georgia XXXX XXXX XXXX and am enrolled in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( SLRP ) and between disbursements I put my loans into mandatory forbearance. When I received the email informing me that a payment was due I completed the form for a mandatory forbearance form ( attached ) and sent it to UAS requesting it be applied to my account. The next day I received an email response ( attached ) telling me that I used the maximum amount of forbearance 36 months and that no further forbearance could be applied to my account. I have no idea how this is possible since I have only applied for mandatory forbearances with the exception of one deferment in XXXX when I was XXXX in XXXX. I believe they have applied my mandatory forbearance to my general forbearance time limit. When I called them on the phone to resolve this I spoke to a XXXX XXXX who informed me that they would not place a mandatory forbearance on my account, even after I told her it was mandatory for them to do so, because I had exhausted my 36 month time limit, and that that time limit applied to both mandatory and general forbearances. She told me that I had no other option than to pay the due amount immediately. My service to this country met nothing to her.
