Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC add a derogatory mark on my credit report per XXXX. Upon further research, this account was transferred /sold and I am no longer responsible for it. Debtor*s creditors did not verify this collection. Also there was no written form of communication, contract or signature for this account debt at all. A bill without signature does not validate the debt and anybody can send a bill and say it is mine. According to the FCRA TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC has violated my rights as a consumer and I requesting legal action to remove this account immediately.

Consumer Complaint: This company stating they were XXXX XXXX has repeatedly called me 4 to 5 time a day after numerous times I have asked them to stop. It continues to get worse as now they have been calling me where it appears that it is coming from my old home phone number ( which is a disconnected number ) XXXX. These calls were made on the following date XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX ( there may have been more but this is the one I have record of ) Additionally, I have repeatedly told the company I can not pay as my husband is sick ( with XXXX ) and has to repeatedly check in with me throughout the day and I have to pay his medical bills. After I shared that information they called me and made it look like it was coming from his cell phone. I had to leave work in the middle of teaching a class and answer thinking something was wrong and it turned out to be the debt collector. This was done several times on the following dates : XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I was so shocked I asked them how in the world could they make it look like they were calling me from my sick husband 's number and they told me that the " computer did it '' I told them to NEVER do this again explaining the stress it puts on me and I thought something was wrong with my husband. They then called me again on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX. I asked again to please stop calling as my husband. Then they called again but I can't remember the exact date but should be in their system. Turns out the company name is not XXXX XXXX but it is Nationwide Credit XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, DE XXXX. These repeated harassing and deceptive calls from the company should not be allowed and are causing me and my family a lot of stress which I do not need with my husband being so ill. We are trying to make ends meet and I have shared that numerous times while asking them to please stop calling but it only got worse and more deceptive. I have a phone recording of this if needed.

Consumer Complaint: I sent Transworld Systems Inc a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, to the address reported on my credit report. That mail was returned to me. I don't know who they are or why they are on my credit, and now I can not request validation of the debt pursuant to the FDCPA. They have reported incorrect information on my credit report, substantially in the form of THEIR OWN ADDRESS! They are required by law to report 100 % factual information, can they be trusted to do this when they can not even update the credit bureaus with their own address?

Consumer Complaint: I moved out of my home on XX/XX/XXXX. I had given my apartment lease a 60 day notice in wroting on XX/XX/XXXX and paid a {$2500.00} cancelation fee since I had to break my lease early. I had continued to pay my rent and utilities as well as my pet deposit for XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. I was told there would be a walk through inspection with me 30 days prior to me vacating in an attempt to correct any issues so I wouldn't be charged. That walk through never occurred. I received an email on XX/XX/XXXX saying that I owed an a surf amount of over {$2300.00} dollars. I immediately called and emailed to have someone explain the letter but to no avail, it was never done. On the letter it stated I had 21 days to pay the amount and I could do so through the portal I paid my rent through. That portal was not available to me anymore. I emailed and called multiple times from XXXX until I reached out to an attorney on XXXX. They sent my account to collections on XXXX XXXX I received a phone call and letter from collection agency on XX/XX/XXXX. Which I disputed. I did not hear or receive any more notifications or calls from either the apartment or the collection agency. I then received a call on XX/XX/XXXX from the collection agency once again stating they were trying to collect a debt. I told them I had already disputed this in XXXX and that I did not owe that debt. They thought someone had sent out some new letter stating that dispute was resolved. I never received any notifications. The apartment complex did not have a corporate phone number but they did have an email that I also wrote too but never received a response from.either. All I was sent was a piece of paper that had charges on it that were not correct and it didn't itemize what was being charged and why in detail. The collection agency failed to respond within 45 days of my dispute as well.

Issue: Dealing with your lender or servicer
Subissue: Need information about your loan balance or loan terms
Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020, around XXXX XXXX MST, I called University Accounting Service LLC ( my private student loan servicer for my loan under XXXX - XXXX ) at ( XXXX ) XXXX, expressing concern that all my statements are missing after they moved to their new online system/website at https : //www.uasconnect.com earlier in the month. The customer service agent said that this was due to the move to the new system and that my documents would be uploaded by the end of the week. The week ended yet the documents are still missing, as of today, XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX XXXX MST ). I genuinely wanted to review my statements to see clearly and in detail how my loan balance has changed in the last 15 months, but I am unable to do so and I suspect this is a violation of my rights. It has now been at least two weeks since they completed the transition to the new system, yet they still are not providing me current or past statements. I do not trust this company and do not wish to have to keep calling them for something as simple as my statements. Therefore, I am submitting this complaint to the CFPB as I am probably not the only person affected by this negligence. Because I do not trust this company, I hope that this complaint to the CFPB will get them to act more expeditiously to resolve this than they would otherwise.

Consumer Complaint: I frequently review my credit reports ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) in XXXX, I noticed I had a collections Neg report. I had never received any Letter of Demand for Payment from anyone. As I investigated this issue, it was from my former place of residence. I didn't renew my lease for XXXX-2XXXX. So my move out date was XX/XX/2020. I cleared the apt and the location with a XXXX balance. I filed a dispute with XXXX, and within 2 days, the negative report was removed and credit score was restored. Not so lucky with the other 2 credit reporting companies. I have been in dispute with them since XXXX After their investigations, they respond with ( information reported is correct ) which is not. So XXXX XX/XX/2020, I mailed Transworld Systems Inc, a detailed letter with proof I didn't owe any money. ( bank statements covering the dates in question ). I have yet to hear from them. I am still filing disputes about this Neg credit mark. The basis for this ( Payment Due ) $ XXXX is for utilities not paid for XXXX/XX/XX/2020. The utilities are included in the monthly rent of $ XXXX. That being the case, If I hadn't paid my complete rent, Management would have notified me of partial payment and sent a letter of demand or an eviction. I paid my rent on time every time for 5 years. This is just total nonsense, that's probably why the entire staff was fired. This needs to be corrected immediately.
