Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems received a collection account on me for a medical bill from 2 years ago. It was {$260.00} and the original creditor was XXXX XXXX. It had been billed to my health insurance and I thought they paid it. I tried to refinance the mortgage on my house and when they pulled my credit report on XX/XX/20 they informed me that Transworld had a collections item on there, and because of that I was denied my refinance. I called Transworld on XX/XX/20 and asked them what they did to notify me of this debt before sending to my credit and they told me they sent me a letter. When I asked for proof of it or a date they sent the letter, they admitted to me that there was a mistake and they never sent me a letter to notify me. I explained to them that since they reported to my credit without any attempt to contact me, they needed to clear this up with the credit bureaus and get it taken off my credit and they refused even after I paid the balance. I did a dispute with all 3 bureaus and they all updated it to say " paid in full '' but are still not removing it from my credit. The next week I received a letter in the mail from Transworld notifying me of the account ( the letter they should have sent to me as soon as they got my account ) dated XX/XX/20 so it seems to me they sent it out when I called them on XX/XX/20 to attempt to cover their tracks but they had already reported it to me credit before XX/XX/20.

Didn't inform me of what this was until it showed on my credit and being after the fact was bullied into pay or it will cause more negative impact to my life and my credit report and score .They also use another company associated in florida thats damaged my credibility with my credit report ... This has been addressed if both company would have just done some basic investigation into this ... Would have found that I was the renter of said car..But I gave no other person Authorization to drive this rental while I was 3000 miles away whenever this car was damaged and the person Whom was driving was in the car and was in the police report and no relationship to me gave wrong information to police when asked ... So now this company after XX/XX/2018 decided to whom can we bullie to pay up..? .. well since there's no bullying going to happen or threatening manner to me they decided to after 2 years report it to my credit report?? No this will not be put on my report years later or in the near future ... ..Its been disappointing that it needs to come to this ... ..

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to formally dispute Transworld Systems Inc 's claim that I owe a balance due. The assigned File # in your letter is XXXX, and the unique registration code is XXXX. I am disputing these debts because : -While the invoices list myself and my address as the sender and sender address, I have never sent the packages indicated in the invoices, I have no knowledge of these packages or invoices, and I am not associated with these packages or invoices in any way, shape or form. -Since I received the first invoice I have repeatedly contacted various departments within XXXX indicating that I have never sent the packages indicated in the invoices, I have no knowledge of these packages or invoices, and I am not associated with these packages or invoices in any way, shape, or form. I have demanded that they be removed from my record, and some fraud cases have been opened. -I believe that there has been a scamming attempt on my XXXX account in another country, and I have closed that XXXX account as of XX/XX/2020. No further new invoices from XXXX are sent to me ever since. I have lodged a complaint to XXXX XXXX and XXXX Customer Relations Department. -I have examined my credit report and confirmed that this balance due does not exist under my name. -I have also examined my complete annual credit report and confirmed that your agency never attempted to contact my credit bureau to acquire my credit information. Considering the above information, I have ample reasons to believe that my balance due from XXXX is due to an identity theft situation in which I am the victim. Hence, I formally dispute the validity of this balance due recorded at your agency. I will launch formal complaints at XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ).

Consumer Complaint: Transworld calls me at both of my phone 2 to 3 times per day to threaten me about debts that both Transworld AND the original owner of the debt know was obtained through fraud. Neither the original creditor nor Transworld have been able to provide documentation for the debt that would stand up in court -- entries on a spreadsheet are not proof of a debt. Nevertheless Transworld routinely threatens legal action and habitually violates the FDPCA and FCRA.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of someone claiming to be me and started service with the power company at a completely different address, I was never informed of this other account until I got a final bill after the other address had already had the power shut off and bill never paid. And it was a completely different account number. Then I had to file the police report and fight to prove my innocents. I finally get the case closed and found that I was a victim of FRAUD, Identity theft. Only to now find it on my credit report for up tp 8 years Unacceptable ... After this is taken care of I need to know whom I contact for a lawsuit regarding punitive damages, harassment etc? thank you..

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Sys were calling and sending bills illegitimately from an overdue medical bill. I requested proof of the overdue bill but they never provided me with any such proof. I was threaten to make the payment or risk that they would place this occurrence on my credit report if a payment was not made. Reluctantly I made the payments as agreed over a few months but they still processed the debt as a charge-off which was not what I had agreed to, nor did they ever provide proof that in fact this was a debt of mine. I have made several credit reporting dispute attempts to have this blemish removed from all three reporting agencies but they have only corrected 1 out of the three. To date this erroneous information remains on my XXXX and XXXX Credit Reports. I would like this information removed from my credit reports since I was illegally coerced into making payments but yet in still reported negatively on my credit report. Please have them provide verification of this debt and also remove negative impact from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I called Transworld Systems INC to settle an account for XX/XX/XXXXThe total amount was {$600.00}, however I stated that I wanted to pay for deletion. Mrs. XXXX offered to settle the account in the amount of {$480.00}. Before making the payment I again stated to confirm that the payment of {$480.00} will be paid and the account for XXXX XXXX will be deleted off my credit report. I was told that once the payment is made and its registered in the system as paid then they will contact the credit bureau in which the account is under to inform them the account was setteled in the amount of {$480.00} and to delete the account from my credit report. The account is still on my credit report. I was told that the account would be deleted and its not.
