Consumer Complaint: I did not get any paperwork prior to XX/XX/XXXX when TSI placed this account on my CRAs. The correct paperwork was supposedly sent in XXXX, I never received that either. Regardless, if I had 30 days to validate the debt from XXXX, it should not have been placed on my CRA in XXXX. This is illegal and I want this collection removed immediately! Customer Service dd not apologize o anything, they were just pressuring me to make a payment. I want this as a pay to delete not updated!

Consumer Complaint: This complaint is about a request for personal information and a concern for identity theft. I received calls from XXXX on XX/XX/20, which my phone listed as potential spam. I answered and was told that the call was from a debt collection agency that was collecting a debt of {$100.00} from an energy company, asking me how I wanted to pay. I hung up and called the energy company ( I don't remember, it may have been XXXX XXXX ) and was told I needed the account number to check if I had an outstanding debt. I called the 855 number back, spoke to a different operator who gave me the name of the town I was living in at that time. He said he did not have the account number for the energy company. He asked for my current address and last four of the social, which I XXXX gave him. He said he was going to follow-up and mail the billing information to me. I have not received a bill yet, although my mail is currently being forwarded to a temporary address. I am fairly sure that this was a scam.

Consumer Complaint: A company I have not done business with entered 3 derogatory entries on my XXXX. 2 non payments, 1 XXXX and 1 XXXX. 1 Charge off alert. As previously stated to you and them, my account is in good standing with XXXX XXXX. Trans World has sent me an invoice with an address error and an insurance error. I immediately responded with the correct information regarding my address, insurance information and left a voicemail for their designated representative XXXX XXXX. Multiple instances of negative credit reporting are uncalled for in any condition. For one instance of Vendor XXXX error Trans World Systems submitted 3 reports indicating that I am not paying a medical provider for an invoice that I wasn't aware of.
