Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/20, I paid the Medical bill owed to Transworld systems Inc. a total of XXXX dollars. I was in hardship and could not pay for a while A few months to be exact. I paid it in Full and requested it taken off of my Credit report. It's hurting my business and personal credit it's making it hard for me to acquire credit for my business and my personal life. Just asking them to remove this derogatory remark so I can move on with my XXXX, Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I had a federal Perkins student loan go into default as I missed seven payments, when I was away for a military school that I thought I had organized all of my payments before I left in XXXX. The late payments are reported on the balance history as is the status of it going to collections. When talking to the lender ; even though it did go into default, it never went to collections. The collections coordinator ( XXXX XXXX ) of the university ( XXXX University ) had explained that even though it was reported as an accelerated account to her by the student billing service ( XXXX XXXX ), she did not place it into collections as she explained to me in an email that, " I do not immediately place accelerated accounts in collections ; I hold off for approximately 30 days in hopes that we can still settle the account. As was the case in your situation. '' It was reported under collections in XX/XX/XXXX, and back in XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX as well. When it was reported under collections this past late summer, that is when my credit score took a hit. After making disputes against this with XXXX and the loan billing servicer, the collection reporting under the balance history was only pushed right to XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX, still being reported in XX/XX/XXXX as well. It now shows " No-data '' from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. When I immediately found out about this loan, I had paid it all off in XX/XX/XXXX. I have paperwork from the university and billing service company that states I am good status and was paid off in XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed multiple times with XXXX both online and over the phone while also supplying the correct paperwork these past two months, and it shows it being " updated '' but no information has been changed in terms of the removing of it being reported as " collection ''. If there is more information that is needed or supporting documents, I would be more than happy to supply them, but I just do not understand why XXXX can not change the incorrect information that I explained to them with proof.

Consumer Complaint: According to Trans world system I owe XXXX XXXX for an account that was opened 5yrs ago. I have only had XXXX XXXX as an electric company for the last 2yrs. Before then I lived in XXXX and had not had to use an out sourced electric company. I called Trans world system and was hung up on when I asked what I was being charged for. I then called XXXX XXXX was was told they wouldnt give me any information and when I asked for proof that I signed an agreement or contract the representative laughed and stated that they dont need me to agree to anything in order to start charges.

I am trying to buy my first home, meaning I don't have a home, so therefore, why would I have " XXXX XXXX. '' I live my mother. I don't need this, why would I have this bill? The debt is not mine. I '' ve called Transworld System , Inc and they keep telling me that they have to research this! It's been a month since they have been researching it. Because of this, I'm not able to move forward with my purchase! Please have them fix this!!! I have no documents because I have never been sent any thing on this.

Consumer Complaint: Since being placed with University Accounting Services for my Stafford loan. There has been nothing but trouble. Last year they continued to report incorrect information to XXXX XXXX. I would continuously dispute it would be good and then the next month they report it again. Now the continue to add payments do in the same cycle after I pay. I called and the say it will be fixed and it is not fixed. I am concerned they are going to say I have a late payment which would be false. Lastly, their statements are not easy to understand they have random large interest charges then a bunch of reversals its like they dont know what they are doing.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I had taken this loan in 2006. I was in dire straights to pay for college and took out this private loan. I initially borrowed {$5000.00} and besides the breaks from finishing my degrees and getting my XXXX, I have made timely payments. To date I have paid a total of {$9500.00} towards this loan and today I have a balance of {$4700.00}. I have reached out to the lender to discuss a settlement offer, which they denied. I believe there is some unfair interest practice associated with this Lender. The initial loan was borrowed from XXXX and now it is managed by XXXX. Please tell me there is something that can be done. I am very responsible with my debt and to date have paid off 2 student loans with 1 more to pay off by the end of the year. I also have Federal loan debt which is a burden all in itself. Any assistance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I called Transworld Systems to resolve a debt that was on my credit report. I was told that the balance I was referencing was {$56.00} but also had another balance on a bill that was {$28.00}. The representative with Transworld said that the {$28.00} bill is not on my credit report because it is under {$50.00}. I specifically told the rep that I want to pay the {$56.00} balance and not the smaller one. I made the payment on the same day. After checking my credit report, I have noticed that only half of the amount was shown as paid. I called Transworld back onXX/XX/2020 to inquire about it. I was told the payment was split up and half of it was applied to the other debt. It is my understanding that when I pay a bill and ask for the amount to be applied to a specific bill, that it has to be done and not just applied to what ever they would like to. They told me that it would be corrected but I'm not certain that it will get done. Both of these conversations were on a recorded line.

Made attempts to verify debt with medical provider, which went unanswered. Debt sent to collections, which was disputed to no avail. Date of original debt would not be possible due to relocation of residency. Collections still attempting to collect on this debt. Willing to pay a third time, but still dispute this debt and feel it would remain unresolved.
