Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I sent a validation of debt letter to the company Transworld Systems INC asking them to validate the amount they claim I owe of XXXX and amount is constantly changing on credit report monthly. This company never responded to the validation of debt letter nor have I spoken with this company. They input a comment of being affected by pandemic in which I've never ever had a conversation with anyone in this company. They have also input a notice of dispute on my credit report but still have not validated the debt with me nor have they responded to my letter requesting them to validate this debt. I do not have any contracts of any kind with my signature stating I owe this debt.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2020 I received a communication in the form of a letter from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC. that was dated for XX/XX/2020. I was shocked and offended to receive this communication because I had just moved to my new residence which was in a new state and never gave this Debt Collector permission to contact me nor did I give them my addresss. The communication stated that my account was placed in collections with TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The alleged debt was for {$1100.00} to be paid immediately upon me receipt of their communication with me and to paid by check or money order to TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC. Unfortunately For TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC. They are in violation of Federal Law Under the FDCPA. I compiled a list of violations and sent an affidavit via XXXX certified mail on XX/XX/2020 to TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC ' s Mailing address in XXXX, Louisiana and Headquarters in XXXX XXXX, Illinois. TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC received both affidavits on XX/XX/2020. The affidavit that went to XXXX, Louisiana was received at XXXX XXXX by someone named Sessions and the affidavit that went to XXXX XXXX, Illinois was received at XXXX XXXX by someone named XXXX. TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC was given 15 days to respond to the affidavit but has not done so. Today is Thursday XX/XX/2020 and I am now contacting the CFPB to get this matter resolved.

A statement was sent in XXXX of XXXX to the wrong address for payment and an account was added to my report which prompted me to call them in XXXX ofXX/XX/XXXX Come to.fi d out they dont have my phone number, address or email and they had to update it accordingly. I asked them how much are the payments and they said {$120.00} every 3 months. I said okay ill wait for the statement paid same day and been paying ever since. I go apply for a mortgage and get approved and my lender calls me and says you have a 30 day late payment on your report for XX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I ask how the rep says it's from XXXX. I ask why wasnt that on the first statement you sent to me in the mail stating that these funds are owed and how can I be late paying a bill i was never notified about or knew about or had a chance to pay? In the system our 1st conversation that only happened because I called since it hit my credit report was in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX where I was first aware of this. I dont understand why you are telling the credit bureaus that I missed a payment on a debt I was never notified about nor got any disclosures on. You didnt have my address, phone or email on file in XXXX when we first spoke. Nor is the XXXX payment that you say I owe anywhere on the 1st statement sent in XXXX or on any future statements. If you are going to tell the credit bureaus i was 30 days late i think i need to be made aware that i owe you anything.. 1. ) Never got any direct or proper notices until XX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX 2. ) The statements sent after XXXX of XX/XX/XXXXdont include any payment owed from XXXX yet on the credit report it says XXXX XXXX I was 30 days late while I wasnt even aware of any debt owed. 3. ) The very first statement I received in XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX states on the statement NOTHING is past due I kept for my records it says {$0.00} is owed/past due. How if on my credit report now it says I was 30 days late back in XX/XX/XXXX before our 1st initial conversation in XXXX. This is impacting my mortgage and I have no other late history for the year besides this. I need this 30 day late notice on my report removed asap as I wasnt even aware and the statements after the conversation held in XXXX doesnt even include it. Desired Resolution : Correction to a credit report Desired Outcome Remove the missed payment off of my credit report asap. I am on the middle of buying my first home and the lender says that's the only thing on my report for the year and its stopping me from getting the home Yet I already spent money on the home and the inspections so I need a quick update to reflect that I dont have any missed payments as settlement is XX/XX/XXXX. So needs to be updated before XX/XX/XXXX.

TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against the above named original creditor/collection agency should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law. I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation. I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from you expeditiously.

Im XXXX resident and have lived at my current home address in XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. I have never lived in XXXX Texas nor do I have any idea who used my information to open this account. The issue described here resulted in the utility company to persuade the money owed to them for the use of electricity totaling {$980.00}. Since the person that used my identity did not pay the bill they have sent it to collection with a company called Transworld Systems Inc and I now have a derogatory remark on my credit report, which cost me dearly. I have submitted supporting document to the collection agency ( Transworld Systems Inc ) including police report, utility bills from my actual address in XXXX, Oregon but they haven't remove the collection from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: The debt collection agency will not update the amount owed/adjust my credit report and remove from collections. The service was in XX/XX/XXXX and it was finally resolved by my insurance XX/XX/XXXX. There were issues with me having multiple insurances and they wouldnt initially pay until I provided proof of only having one medical insurance. Once that was taken care of they paid out. My insurance covered the debt ( XXXX ) an I provided the supporting documentation to the hospital, the agency, and XXXX multiple times as proof. Ive called them and the are not responsive other than I must wait for them for review the documents Ive submitted. They will not respond to my emails ( they provided me the email address ) Ive disputed this 4 times already with XXXX. It is wrong to expect me to pay a bill that was paid through insurance always. I am only responsible for the deductible of XXXX. I wonder if others are experiencing the same issue with this agency. It is worth looking into it, as it is a fraudulent practice. I dont know what else to do! Thank you kindly in advance for your assistance.

Consumer Complaint: We were made aware of an account in collections for {$920.00} when we applied for a mortgage loan. We researched the issue and found out it was a medical bill from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, part of an insurance claim that mistakenly was not paid by our car insurance carrier under claim XXXX. I paid the collection amount immediately. Our insurance company reimbursed me as it was their responsibly to pay this medical bill from a 2017 car accident. The insurance company issued a letter acknowledging an error on their end and asked that it be taken off our credit report. I have been trying for 2+ months to get this removed. The company has not removed it when I have disputed it and provided documentation of such.
