Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems refuses to remove their tradeline from my credit reports when clearly i was not responsible for this medical bill. I have attached documentation & emails stating that i was bill in error for this. i have contact TSI numerous times regarding this matter and they're unable to comply with my request. As i said, i was bill in error and the company that make that mistake took care of the bill. Please find all the information in the attachments. Also the quest diagnostics bill clearly states the name of the company and billing information for the party responsible as well the emails

Consumer Complaint: HI Transworld Systems Inc ( TSI ) ; Im confused and stressed and shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.

Consumer Complaint: I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital back around XX/XX/2016 I was treated for wrong service. The hospital waived the bill but the dr bill has been on all 3 of my credit reports and has been in debt collection with transworld systems. I have disputed this item several times. They tell me we can keep it in dispute but it has to stay on your credit report to damage my credit. This is not fair to me. You can check with the hospital their bill was waived. I'm trying to get a mortgage and this account is adversley affecting me. I will not pay for services that were provided that were not the right services. If the hospital agreed I don't see why this should be on all 3 of my reports damaging my credit. I am begging you to please remove ASAP from all 3 reports. If not I am going to now get an attorney involved and prove the case. The hospital dropped their end right in 2016. I am XXXX and being taken advantage of. The amount is for {$1400.00} on XX/XX/2016

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from a collections agency, Transworld Systems Inc, claiming that I have an outstanding XXXX charge that had been turned over to collections. I almost always pay for shipping when I am at the XXXX Store so this didn't make sense. I have a basic XXXX account that I rarely use, so I logged into my XXXX account and there are no invoices or charges there. I have also never received an email or mailed invoice from XXXX for this charge. I'm concerned that this is some kind of scam where someone has billed something to my XXXX account. I did an internet search and it seems there are others in my same situation with XXXX and Transworld Systems.

Consumer Complaint: I did a student loan refinance in XX/XX/XXXX. The terms were lower interest only payments to begin with a variable interest rate. I was charged an amount to pay. In XXXX of XXXX, I started paying extra and the servicer was applying the extra to the principal to reduce the balance I was being charged interest on. I was making progress. The new servicer, Universal Accounting Services took over in XX/XX/XXXX. The extra I paid was not consistently applied to the principal. When I called today, they said they choose to apply the extra wherever, which isn't the terms I agreed to with the lender. The rude woman named XXXX XXXX (? ) refused to listen, wouldn't look at the account payments, and refused to get me a supervisor. I called back and a nice person XXXX XXXX, explained that because of their accounting practices, if interest accrues, its paid first and whatever is left would then be applied to reduce the principal. XXXX told me they recently updated they system so that any time a change occurs, a payment is made, or a statement is generated the interest is added to the account. This means that I'll never have the full amount of money I'm paying extra deducted from the principal because they are now adding the interest onto my account multiple times during the month. The terms of my loan were such that the interest accrued and I paid that interest. It's not a fair practice to accrue the interest more frequently so when I pay extra it pays that instead. I'm trying to pay my loan down and these unfair practices are causing me not to make progress with my finances. The new servicer has over all been uncooperative. I've expressed clearly in my calls that I want to pay things down and their practices prevent that.

Calling them is a cycle of the circus - the call keeps forwarding 1 representative to the next and at the end the calls going in drop off. If still not believing, please visit and review the XXXX XXXX website regarding the Transworld system XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Is the CFPB agency going to do something with these types of companies or above three credit companies? These companies ruining consumers ' life to just file and report the dispute in our personal records for 7 to 10 Years. Is someone monitoring these 3 bureau agencies failing grades for consumers and their associate 's companies or customer will be always targeted and abuse by their services for life? I've disputed XXXX filing on my credit report, when I try to dispute using all 3 credit reports, no response found to resolve, they give me Transworld Systems limited info. The Transworld System even doesn't have proper communication contact information ready for the customer. What is CFPB looking for from customers to follow up? Could someone investigate Transworld System Customer service and their business practice and involve other 3 credit agencies and ask them why they are using Transworld systems on their behalf?
