Consumer Complaint: UNIV ACCT SV XX/XX/2019 Inquiry This is an inquiry on my credit report that pertains to a student loan. Ive never taken out student loans therefore this inquiry is fraudulent and inaccurate. It is illegal to be on my credit report according to the consumer debt laws. I spoke with the company directly and they acknowledged tht it was a mistake and that it shouldnt be there. I spoke with XXXX and they were not cooperative about removing this fraudulent inquiry.

Consumer Complaint: After noticing that I had an old mailing address listed on an electronic statement from UAS Connect, I logged on to attempt to change that information. I noticed I had 2 lines of credit open which I did not believe to be accurate. When speaking with a customer service rep she first acknowledged the two lines, stating the loan had been transferred and I remain with 1 line of credit with UAS. Once questioned on where this unknown line of credit came from, she spoke with her supervisor, then stated the loan was not transferred and instead I had 2 original loans at 7.4 % that were combined in 2019. When asked for the disclosure statements for the apparent refinancing she stated they do not have that information. I then asked for the original loan note from my original servicer ( XXXX XXXX ) that sold my loan to UAS, to verify that one loan, Not 2, at 7.4 percent interest was sold. again this information was not provided. Despite my requests for original loan documents and escalation to any representative that could demonstrate 1 loan was sold to them from thrivent, remained one loaned at the original terms, and that there was no evidence of an extra loan as evidenced by my account summary currently showing two lines of credit they were unable to assist me. I have concerns that my loan was split into two original amounts with two separate interest amounts applied a, then combined without my knowledge of likely an error. I will provide specific statements in my portal if needed but the original documents are not accessible per UAS.

Consumer Complaint: I requested a 30 day payoff statement from my loan company to refinance with another company. They initially told me it would take 48 hours to appear, and when I didnt get it, I called back. The gentleman told me it can take up to 3 business days and to keep waiting. Several days later, I called again and a woman informed me it actually takes 10-14 business days ( which seems insane but fine ). After anxiously waiting without ever receiving the document, I finally I called on the 17th business day and was basically told that someone would look into it, and that she would send a 2nd request just in case. My first loan payment is now past due, my refinance application with the other company expires in 5 days, and this payoff statement ( whenever I do get it ) actually expires in 4 days. Meanwhile, the loan company continues to accrue significant amounts of interest with every day this is delayed.
