Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX at XXXX PST ( XXXX ) and spoke for 4 minutes. I identified myself with the account number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ]. I was asking for the details of the account Like when the account was opened, closed, charge-off, and sent to collections, I was informed that they could not provide me with that information and that I was to call TSI at XXXX XXXX ]. The call ended shortly after, and I proceeded to call TSI On XX/XX/XXXX I called TSI at XXXX PST XXXX XXXX ) and spoke for 16 minutes. This call was recorded by both parties. I was informed that it was an attempt to collect a debt once I identified myself. I was informed that the balance was {$11000.00} and I asked why the balance on the credit report ( {$10000.00} ) was different from what youre telling me now? and was informed that it was their one-time collection fee of {$1900.00}. Is this collection not in violation of 15 USC 1692f 808. Unfair practices A debt collector may not use unfair or unconscionable means to collect or attempt to collect any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this section : ( 1 ) The collection of any amount ( including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation ) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. The Statement does say that the balance will not reflect what those collections fees are. This is also a violation of my state law which does not allow this fee unless Nevada-collection fee must be either added to principal balance by the creditor before assignment to collection, or added to the principal by the collector and described as such in the first written communication with the debtor When I asked what the dates of the account being opened and closed, he informed me that the account was closed in XX/XX/XXXXand last date of payment was in XX/XX/XXXX. I then asked if there was another account because that account was paid off. He Proceeded to tell me that he would start a dispute and get that information to me. Im not sure why this hasnt happened before from the countless disputes that I have sent to the credit bureau over the years regarding this account? I have a credit report from XXXX when they claim this account entered their office, and it shows the account that was described as paid with a {$0.00} balance. This credit report is my proof that I do not owe this debt that they are collecting on, and I would like it removed from my credit report immediately, Although TSI claims they do not report, they are trying to collect on an invalid debt and this ruining my life. The best answer that I have been given was this is federal debt. Does this mean that they DO NOT have to follow federal guidelines and regulations? First, you failed to obtain and send verification of the alleged debt by not mailing me a contract. Instead of sending me a signed contract or agreement as requested, you mailed me Collections notice via mail and not a contract or agreement and are nonresponsive to my verification request. Under the FDCPA, it is unfair or unconscionable to attempt to collect an alleged debt in any amount that is not expressly authorized by an agreement creating the debt or permitted by law.

Consumer Complaint: My address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Georgia XXXX. They are attempting to collect a debt on a fraudulent account and a fraudulent address. It is my third time writing a letter to this company. I recently conducted a review of my credit report, and I noticed Transworld System Inc and they are violating the law. Please help me to get them to validate the debt. It is not MINE, it is FRAUDULENT! This letter is being sent to you in response to notices sent to me from your company and more importantly, due to your erroneous reporting to the Credit Bureaus, the highly negative impact on my personal credit report. Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request that your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you regarding the following account numbers : Transworld System Inc # # # # # # XXXX Please provide me with : 1. What the money you say I owe is for. 2. A detailed explanation of how you calculated what you say I owe. 3. Copies of any and all papers that prove I agreed to pay what you say I owe. 4. A verification or copy of any judgment, if applicable. 5. The identity, name, and address of the original creditor. 6. Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account. 7. Proof that you are licensed to collect in my state. 8. Your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service. At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the 3 major Credit Bureaus ( XXXX XXXX or XXXX ) this action might constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate to bring legal action against you for the following : XXXX. Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act 2. Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 3. Defamation of Character If your offices can provide proper documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will require at least 30 days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, during this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes listing any information with a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate. If your company fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit report and a copy of such deletion ( to any/all of the 3 major credit reporting bureaus XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX ) request shall be sent to me immediately. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your company to my home or my place of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by USPS. It would be advisable that you assure your records are in order before I am forced to take legal action against your company and your client. This is an attempt to correct your records, any information obtained shall be used for that purpose.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted documents to continue my forbearance as they will only grant 6 months at a time. I have been previously told that after this 6 months was up I can apply again and that I have 18 months left of forbearance after I use this 6 months. On XX/XX/XXXX I receive a response that I cant have my forbearance applied back to back until I make one full month of payments. This has never been disclosed to me and has never been an issue in the past. I called the third party company that handles all the responses and asked to get in contact with the lender. They advise me that they dont have a phone number and can not provide me with an email or any way to get in direct contact with the lender. All they were able to do is direct me to the lenders website which leads to another company that does not get me any answers as I have tried to call that number in the past. They assured me they would raise my concern and I would get a response. Its now XX/XX/XXXX, my loans are past due, I cant make the payments due to helping my sick mother with money due to medical issues and I have no response from the company UAS XXXX or the lender Younomics of why they have changed rules yet again ( not the first time they have suddenly changed rules ) nor have I been provided any disclosure of changes.

The machine toll neglected to read the device and I immediately called XXXX and was told my vehicle is registered with them and the toll machine did not read the device.
