Consumer Complaint: On or about XX/XX/2021 I attempted to reach out to XXXX on my XXXX XXXX account to make payment arrangements. I was informed that the account was sent to inhouse collections represented by Transworld Transitioning System and that I had to discuss my account with them because they could no longer accept payments from me. I spoke with an agent from that agency and they could not answer my question on whether XXXX would agree to not report my account as in collections on my credit reports if I made a payment arrangement of a XXXX dollars a month. Transworld Transitioning System transferred me back to XXXX after they advised that they do not report to the credit agencies and only XXXX reported to the credit agencies. The department in XXXX I was transferred to was closed for the business day and I was unable to ask them this question. On XX/XX/2021, I reached out to XXXX again to ask if they would consider not reporting my account as in collections if I made payment arrangements to pay off the debt. I was referred to Transworld Transitioning System who referred me back to XXXX and who referred me back to Transworld Transitioning where I spoke with a Ms. XXXX XXXX. Ms . XXXX informed me that no payment arrangement on the debt would stop garnishments or liens against me, even though there are no court orders for a garnishment. I asked her for justification on how they could garnish my income in writing and she refused to give that justification to me in writing and stated that the agency does not own the debt so they could not give that to me in writing. She also advised that the agency would not report to XXXX on any payment I made to the collection agency ( this greatly concerned me and I expressed this concern considering that I am attempting to obtain a mortgage loan and I would not be able to show that I am paying on the debt ). Ms . XXXX and another agent from Transworld Transitioning that I spoke with after I called XXXX back to resolve the issue insisted that they had the right to garnish income because the debt was due in full and if I did not pay it in full, even with a payment arrangement - they would offset the debt and take any future income from me to pay towards that debt. They also refused to put any payment arrangement agreement into writing even though I am terrified that they will clean out my entire bank account if I give them my bank information because I have nothing in writing that says that they will only pull out a XXXX dollars a month. The second agent still insisted on making a payment arrangement with me and when I refused she said she had to warn me about this refusal and that it would refer to the proof of debt - the only document in writing they would send me but promised to put any amount paid on the account on a receipt but nothing else would be put into writing on the debt. She also promised to report to XXXX and the credit agencies if I made a payment arrangement, even though the other agents refused to do as such ; but like the other agents, she refused to put this promise into a written agreement unless I first made a payment. To make matters worse, she said that my account was no longer inhouse and that they were an outside collection agency even after denying they own the debt and could not report to the credit agencies on my behalf. I feel frightened, helpless, and trapped. I can not pay the debt in full but I can not afford for XXXX or for Transworld Transitioning System to take all of my money out of bank accounts or offset any income that comes in to my account. I am trying to get my finances straight and my debts settled but I feel my only resolution is bankruptcy because I will live in fear of the these agencies taking my money from me. I can not even set up a payment arrangement on the debt because they have told me that it would not stop the offset of the debt and I have no way of building credit to obtain additional resources to help pay off the debt later because they are not clear and refuse to put into writing if they will or will not report to XXXX and the credit reporting agencies that I am making timely payments on the debt. This is my last and desperate step to settle this debt in a fair and legal manner without living in fear that any arrangement I make to pay on this debt will result in clearing out my bank account -- or the XXXX of any wages. They refuse to justify other than stating US codes and not any that would cover this issue and by stating page 303 on my loan agreement with XXXX of which I do not have a copy -- that they could garnish income from me. Can you please help me with this issue and let me know my rights? How is it they are able to take my money without even letting me know in writing how much they will take at a time until they collect the entire debt or considering that I have basic living bills that have to be paid so that I am not homeless or without food and utilities? How is it they can refuse to report positive activity on a credit report when a payment arrangement is made to pay on the debt even as they report negative information on a credit report while each agency not being clear which one is reporting to the credit reporting agencies and what I can do for other than paying the bill in full of which I can not financially afford to pay in full? How is it they are able to take money from a payment arrangement and still garnish my income even while refusing to put into writing that they will only take a XXXX dollars a month from my bank account each month? They will not refuse a payment arrangement but they refuse to put into writing how much they will take a month and that if I give them my account information that they will not take more than the XXXX. This is because again, they insist they can take my money without a court order. As such, I would not be making a real payment arrangement. I would merely be providing them with my bank account information to do with my money in my accounts as they wish with no repercussions against them because I have nothing in writing to protect me. Please, please, help me on this issue. It is causing a great deal of XXXX and XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Move out an apartment on XX/XX/ by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX. Provided apartment personnel with keys and signed move out paperwork. Also provided office personnel with forwarding address. Security deposit was never sent so I figured they kept it even though they shouldnt have because apartment was nasty and infected with roaches upon move in. I couldnt take the XXXX any longer, I would turn on the lights in the morning and they would scatter every where. Cleaned entire apartment and relocated. As of today there is a collection on my credit and has been since XXXX of XXXX not even 30 days from moving out. The collection is only XXXX. The fact that I wasnt made aware of this debt by the original apartments and a debt of a lousy XXXX was placed on my credit is sickening because something so small could have been paid if I were NOTIFIED because I provided a forwarding address. The original apartment company didnt even give me time to be made aware of the debt or time to had pay it. Ive contacted this company and got a response with a list of charges and the balance :

Consumer Complaint: I have received a copy of my credit report by my mortgage lender and it shows that this account is in collections. I have never received a phone call, a letter or any information of validation of debt. Additionally, I am allowed under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ) to protect my privacy and medical records from third parties. I do not recall giving permission to XXXX XXXX for them to release my medical information to a third party. I am aware that the HIPAA does allow for limited information about me but anything more is to only be revealed with the patients authorization. Provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information to you. This is the last opportunity I will give before filing a HIPAA complaint to HHS.gov and taking this case to my state attorney.

Consumer Complaint: Please be advised I have requested validation { not verification } of an item reported to you by Transworld Systems. I have received a response that clearly violates my rights according to HIPAA. Transworld Systems Inc did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against the above named original creditor/collection agency should this item not be deleted within the required time allowed by law. I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against the credit bureau responsible for reporting this violation. I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from you expeditiously.

Consumer Complaint: I have a Health Professions Student Loan ( HPSL ) with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ( UAS ) as the loan servicer. I work as a XXXX provider at a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX serving low-income and underserved populations. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted and halted XXXX XXXX I along with many colleagues were forced to reduce our hours and consequently income. According to the Department of Health and Human Services ( HHS ) and the CARES Act, which was initially passed on XX/XX/XXXX and has now been extended until XX/XX/XXXX, monthly payments and interests for federally associated student loans, including HPSL, are suspended. During the permissible time period, my HPSL servicer XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX failed to comply with the provisions under the CARES Act. UAS continued to charge monthly payments. Furthermore, they continued to assess interests on a monthly basis as well as various fees ( please see attached statements of the most recent four months from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX as examples XXXX. The largest fee {$8300.00} is incurred as a result of the collections agency XXXX XXXX. The most egregious action is that XXXX sent my HPSL to the collections agency XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I did not receive any communication from XXXX prior to this action being taken. In fact, I was only made aware that this had happened when the collections agency called me on XX/XX/XXXX to ask for payment. XXXX XXXX requested payment of the loan amount of {$37000.00} XXXX including fees and interest ) to be paid in full by XX/XX/XXXX. Understandably, this is not feasible financially. As a result of XXXX 's non-compliance with the CARES Act, I have suffered mental and emotional stress of the negative impact of this financial damage. The interests and fees my loan incurred during this time period are substantial, making my new total balance ( {$37000.00} ) almost equal to the original loan balance ( {$40000.00} ). I feel like I have to repay this loan all over again and will not be able to make any progress in my financial situation. I do not deny the loan and intend to fulfill my obligation to pay it. However, I am simply requesting UAS and XXXX XXXX to remedy the situation by : 1 ) retroactively removing all charges, including all interests and fees, incurred since XX/XX/XXXX as provided by the CARES Act 2 ) taking my loan out of the collections agency and into standard repayment status afforded by the CARES Act 3 ) ceasing any and all activities that may damage my credit score, including reporting to credit bureaus

Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, the following bill that was provided is incorrect. I do not owe any amount of money to cypress grove apartments. I have paid receipts and bank transaction showing I paid my rent every month from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX right when the apartment complex was sold to another owner out of XXXX fl. I'm a former employee who use to live and work there and i know all the lies and misinformation that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX do as property management. I work with The XXXX XXXX XXXX as the property management company until their services were no longer needed. I had my lease transferred to another property by The XXXX XXXX group as i stayed on with the company when XXXX grove changed hands. please look at the XXXX transactions and bank history provided in the complaint. XXXX and XXXX grove couldnt send in the full lease agreement as you can see only page 1 & 9. where are the other pages? not only the damage information is incorrect, they are not allowed to charge for resurfacing the bathroom and and counter top as that is part of the normal getting the unit ready to move in. i have photos ( provided from my unit when i moved out. XXXX couldnt provide any proof the unit was damage so they dont charge for this so XXXX and all are trying to get extra money out of nothing since i didnt stay on with the company. I gave them my 60 day notice in XXXX which should be in my file unless they took it out but the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX signed off on all my notices. i have all contact information needed for XXXX can call and speak to whomever. This collection should be removed immediately. You can have someone at XXXX services to email me with any information that XXXX/XXXX couldnt provide. i have provided pictures and transaction from the pay site showing XXXX grove.
