Consumer Complaint: I am writing to alert the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau of a collections company that is violating my rights and not using proper communication methods when showing up on my credit report. I need the CFPB office to please look into my case. This account has just popped up on my credit report without ever communicating to me. There was no written letter to me or calls to me so I can explain that they have the wrong person. They have recently just popped up on my credit report and I am not familiar with how they got my information or how they have my social security number. I do not owe {$300.00} to this company and right now I am getting an alert on my XXXX XXXX and credit monitoring service saying my credit score has dropped tremendously. I can furnish the images of this alert showing the collections company. They are hurting me financially and this is a really big issue. To my understanding they must be compliant with laws and regulations that say they must write to the consumer within days of the first communication. They are using my credit to communicate with me yet they NEVER wrote to me before. If they don't write to me then how could they send me a right to dispute or explain my rights? Please review the original paperwork for this account. I request they send me a copy of this information to my address. I also request the original contract showing my signature along with all other pages of the original agreement. I am suffering damages because of this error. I have been a victim of ID theft before and I monitor my financial affairs very closely. To me this seems like an instance of debt parking that I read about on the FTC website. The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against debt collection companies that allegedly placed bogus or highly questionable debts onto consumers credit reports to coerce them to pay the debts. They label this as XXXX XXXX. The Federal Trade Commission recently took action against a Missouri collection company and its owners, alleging that they collected more than {$24.00} million from consumers, largely by placing bogus or highly questionable debts on their credit reports. The defendants used this illegal debt parking to coerce people to pay debts they didnt owe or didnt recognize, XXXX XXXX XXXX director of the F.T.C.s bureau of consumer protection XXXX said in prepared remarks about the agencys settlement with the company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS COMPANY and I am concerned they have unethicality acquired my information and they are acting unethically with their debt collections. There is a process in law that protects consumers from these illegal actions. This account is lowering my credit score and if I am declined for anything, I will seek financial remedy by talking to an FDCPA lawyer.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld Systems , Inc. ( TSI ) is a third party debt collector. I confirm nor deny any debt owed to TSI or the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Exchange Services ( XXXX ). I believe I have a case of misrepresentation against TSI. XXXX closed and charged off an account, any remaining balance, if any, was sent to TSI for collection. XXXX no longer controls the alleged debt. If XXXX were to be called on the collection they say they have no control over the alleged debt and that it must be handled by TSI, XXXX is a federal organization, TSI is not. TSI, in my opinion, has misrepresented itself as debt collector, in the attached document we clearly see TSI using the Department of Defense seal, as well as the Exchange logo, the seals and logos should not be used by a third party. TSI, is not apart of either government agency, rather they are a third party. In attempting to settle this dispute payments were arranged after receiving these invoices. My understanding is that these payments were going to XXXX. As it clearly appears, it looks as though this is going to XXXX as a invoice/bill from the Exchange. However these payments are going directly to TSI, not XXXX. TSI is representing and appearing to be XXXX and DoD by use of the respective logo and seals. TSI also continues to charge interest and additionally takes a payment fee for every payment made even though it is the sole beneficiary of these payments. I believe TSI has clearly misled and misrepresented itself.

Consumer Complaint: I had received a notice from a debt agency ( Transworld Systems Inc. ) in XXXX of XXXX that I supposedly owe a certain amount of money from the creditor of XXXX XXXX XXXX. My family and I were moving at the time so I was not made aware of this notice until XXXX oXXXX XXXX. In which I had sent a validation letter on XX/XX/2021 to have this company prove that I am the person they claim in which this debt belongs to, in which they proceeded to send me a letter with a bill on XX/XX/2021, but no verification that I am in fact the person that owes this debt of {$430.00} ( in which " the account balance may be periodically increased due to the addition of accrued interest, as provided in the agreement with the original creditor ... '' ). I had sent them another letter, reiterating that they have not verified that this is my debt on XX/XX/2021 that I was expecting -Proof of your right to own/collect this alleged debt -Balance claimed including all fees, interest, and penalties -Contract bearing my personal signature Once again they had sent me a letter of just the bill of the breakdown of the payments that I supposedly owe, but there was no contract bearing with my personal signature, that I had originally asked in bother letters.

Consumer Complaint: I received an invoice in the mail from XXXX ( supposedly ) with an invoice date of XX/XX/XXXX- it was sent to my previous address and rerouted to my new address. It stated that I owed for a shipment from " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' in XXXX, California to " XXXX. '' XXXX '' in XXXX XXXX, California. I live in Missouri and have never lived in California. I sent photos of the invoice to the XXXX Scam email address and contacted them via XXXX to see if this was a scam. And if so, to remove it from any accounts associated with me. I do not have a shipping account with XXXX and have never mailed anything with the company- so I am not sure how this even happened. I never heard from XXXX about the false invoice. Then on XX/XX/XXXX, I received a collections notice in the mail from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC, dated XX/XX/XXXX. It was sent to the wrong address as well ( our neighbors down the street ). It claimed that I owed XXXX money for ( 8 ) different invoices for shipments sent before XX/XX/XXXX. I never got ANY notice of these shipments, but that's not surprising because they had nothing to do with me! On the letter, it said I could dispute the charges if I sent correspondence via mail by XX/XX/XXXX. This is clearly a scheme. I tried calling TRANSWORLD with the number provided on the letter, but they just sent me to a voicemail. No one has called me back. At this point, they are trying to get almost {$150.00} out of me for shipments that I had nothing to do with. I've seen this has happened to many other people by searching online. Both companies need to be investigated.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX PA XXXX XX/XX/XXXX To Whom It May Concern : On XX/XX/XXXX, I find out about this medical bill after the collection agency reported it to the credit bureau. After discovering this, I immediately call XXXX XXXX XXXX to figure out why they never saw this bill before it went to a debt collector. XXXX XXXX XXXX was sending the medical bill to my old wrong address. I never really had a chance to pay what I owe in the first place and never realized this. Once I realize that the statement went to the wrong address, I contact the collections agency by phone and email and ask them to remove any derogatory information from my credit report. This is technically a HIPAA violation, sending medical bills to the wrong address. On XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed XXXX XXXX at Transworld Systems Inc. and Transworld Systems Inc XXXX XXXX a professional debt collector regarding credit dispute asking for verification and validation of debt and informing TSI of wrongful address. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received the verification and validation of debt from TSI. Since TSI never sent any of this information to the right address in the first place I never received any bills due date. I am writing to request the remove of derogatory reporting to the credit bureaus because TSI send the debt collection to the wrong address and not allowing me to dispute the debt according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) in XXXX to protect consumers and regulate how credit information is used and disseminated before reporting credit bureaus and unverifiable information. I am requesting that the item be removed immediately. Enclosed is a copy of documentation that support my position. Please reinvestigate this matter and correct the disputed item as soon as possible. Consumer Complaint: This complaint is regarding account information below that has not been investigated and no information given. Its been over 2 months with no information given to me regarding these accounts. I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.
