Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC for committing identity theft. I have never given TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am aware that the that in accordance with Article 9, the assignment of a defaulted note is illegal. Both the assignee and the assigned are both liable for violations under 15 U.S. Code 1692e ( 12 ). I have never received any documentation requesting validation from TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS , INC before they committed multiple violations under the FCRA and the FDCPA by furnishing this alleged debt to my consumer report including but not limited to 15 U.S. Code 1692d ( 4 ) which the FTC defines as debt parking. If TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC can not provide me with proof such as a tracking number that they attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt with me, the consumer, prior to furnishing it on my consumer report, this has been a fraudulently furnished account with forethought and malice as an attempt to bring harm to me and my financial reputation. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS , INC continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS, INC will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud, and mail fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.

Then they BACK DATE it almost over a year and report to my 3 bureaus. When I called the number on the bureau, they had to transfer me 3 times and had to look for my account and they couldn't find my account, and I informed them this was all taken care of via Medical Insurance, I even requested on a dispute process their exact response " Sir, its already on your credit bureau you can not dispute '' and then mysteriously we got disconnected. Consumer Complaint: I was looking over my account and I peeped that there is some strange names, addresses and accounts that I have no ties to. I believe somehow my information was shared or mixed up with someone else. I need my report corrected at once I thought I had a right to privacy but clearly not if your company thinks its ok to post this misleading stuff and pin it on me unknowingly. I have loss sleep twice since these accounts were brought to my attention. I HAVE BEEN VICTIM OF IDENITY THEFT and also my information was breached in the XXXX 2007 and XXXX XXXX data breach. I did my research on the law, per section 605B, 615 ( f ) and 623 ( a ) ( 6 ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and these items must be blocked and removed from my credit profile. Consumer Complaint: This company TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INC said I owed {$10000.00} for XXXX XXXX and Tolls. They agreed to take {$2000.00}. I paid {$200.00} every week from XXXX? XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. When I called to make the final {$600.00} payment, they came up with another figure that I owed them which was {$600.00}, they said I still owed {$1700.00}. I wasnt sureee but said ... Lets get rid of this debt. So the woman, XXXX XXXX, said pay {$1700.00} today, which I did and then every other week ( for 8 more payments ( pay {$200.00} every other week starting XX/XX/XXXX. I have already made 3 payments of {$200.00}, bringing my ( supposed ) debt down to {$1000.00}. Today I got a bill from them ( typical ) in the ammt of {$8200.00}. So they say they will give me these deals ( drop the total and pay an agrreed upon ammount but keep sending bills for a larger ammt. I no longer have a XXXX I just pay the bills as they come in the mail ... ex. XXXX BY MAIL etc. These people are scammers.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, I noticed a big drop in my credit score ( from XX/XX/XXXX ) in XXXX, XXXX. I contacted XXXX and realized it was because a collection record was added by Transworld Systems. I contacted them and found out I missed a medical bill during my move from XXXX to XXXX. Even though I had USPS forwarding services ( a lot of other mails were forwarded successfully ), I never received the bill, nor did I get informed about this missing payment. I never received any notification about this collection until I found out in my credit score myself. I paid off the debt over the phone in XXXX, and explicitly asked if my credit score would go up. The representative said yes, which turned out to be partially true eventually the record will go away in 7 years. However, due to my lack of knowledge of how collection works, I thought this was settled. In XX/XX/XXXX, I was trying to get a home mortgage, and found out my credit score was still pretty low and it was hurting the interest rate I was getting. I eventually decided to hold off on getting a place. I feel like what the hospital and Transworld Systems has done is not fair. They didnt inform me about this, otherwise I would not have missed it. I never missed a payment and had great credit history before this. Im hoping collecting companies can respect peoples efforts to bu ild good credit history, communicate and educate people ( instead of just saying my credit score will go up ).
