Consumer Complaint: I have spoke with XXXX and told them at the moment I can put pay anything because I dont have the money at the moment to pay them. I told them once I have the money I will contact them. Now I see that they have proceed to collections. I was not told that. I was told someone will contact me to discuss the issue I have. The representative for enterprise gave me false information and now Im seeing that this amount is going to collections and its stressing me out. Why would they do that and not even tell me or warn me!

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I am XXXX XXXX representing MYSELF and I am the consumer in fact and not a third party. I am communicating with you directly as requested regarding concerns/ issues with my credit report. This letter represents my formal request to again dispute the aforementioned accounts as well as inquiries which are illegally being reported on my account. It was communicated to me to reach out to each individual agency to expedite the removal. As of the date of this letter, it has been over thirty days with no compliance to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681 ) enacted by the United States Congress. By their findings, it is now my legal right to have these accounts and inquiries ( FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681n ) removed. I understand the individual in receipt of this letter is most likely not an attorney. Therefore, I have attached the laws and definitions to educate any person of my legal rights in the United States of America. I appreciate you understanding how this adversely affects me and is in violation of my rights. Thank you for helping me take this federal matter seriously! Accounts Requiring Immediate Removal from All XXXX Credit Bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX : Transworld Systems for a debt you claim I owe of {$720.00} and an old account that is closed but is reporting as a Collection/Charge Off Be advised this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g stating your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. I respectfully request your offices provide me with competent evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay you. At this time, I will also inform you that if your offices have reported invalidated information to any of the XXXX major credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX or XXXX ) this action may constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to the fact, if any negative mark is found on any of my credit reports by your company or the company that you represent, I will not hesitate in bringing legal action against you and your client for the following : Violation of that Fair Credit Reporting Act, Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Defamation of Character. Consumer Complaint: This company is falsely reporting negatively on my credit reports for a debt that does not belong to me. I have no contract or never heard of this company. Unless this company can show me with ink wet signature proof with my signature that this account belongs to me, it is within my rights cfob enforce the law and mandate this company remove all negative remarks from all reporting agencies today. once again unless this company can show 100 & percent accuracy of debt owed and show proof with my signature that I agreed to repay said money owed, this account needs to be closed and removed today and CFPB must enforce the laws protecting me from false claims.

Consumer Complaint: I am an out of service veteran, I have worked closely with XXXX and XXXX to correct a debt from my time in the Military. The debt should have been XXXX and I have also paid XXXX from garnished wages to the Third Party Collection agency TSI. When I contacted TSI to request a payoff account I was informed that the debt is now {$5100.00}. And there is no account summary or portal to verify the amount. Math is not my strongest subject, but I came to XXXX I requested and explanation to understand how the debt came to XXXX? Is there a {$1500.00} fee added? And where can I find an account summary or debt summary?

Consumer Complaint: My complaint is regarding Transworld Systems. I have requested several times, via correspondence and telephone calls that Transworld Systems delete a collection account they have listed on my credit report. Transworld Systems has not complied with the Texas Finance Code Section 392 as well as the Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act, FCRA, and FDCPA. Transworld Systems ' response to my request for verification of this collection account includes the final invoice from the original creditor. This is not what I'm requesting they provide. I would like and have been requesting for months, that Transworld Systems provide me with the original contract bearing my signature from XXXX XXXX stating that I ever agreed to pay an assigned debt collector. To date, they have not provided this to me. Without my signature on the original creditor contract that shows I ever agreed to pay an assigned debt collector, Transworld Systems is breaking the law by negatively reporting this information to the Credit Bureaus. Further, On XX/XX/2022, I paid the full amount due on the account ( {$680.00} ) to XXXX XXXX, the original creditors. I then, contacted Transworld Systems asking them to remove this bogus collection account from my credit report since I never owed them any money and they could not prove to me that I did. They stated that since I paid XXXX XXXX, I should contact XXXX XXXX to have the collection account removed. I then, contacted XXXX XXXX who informed me that Transworld Systems is responsible for removing the account. I am submitting this complaint today because Transworld Systems should not be allowed to list this account on my credit report since they never proved that I was in debt to them ; and since the account has been paid to the original creditor, XXXX XXXX, the account/debt should be removed immediately, it is causing me great financial hardship. Thank you for your help!
