Consumer Complaint: Someone shipped stuff and asked XXXX to charge the shipment to my account number. ( By the way, I don't understand how XXXX accepts that without my ID ). When I received the invoice in XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX right away. I had to call them many times until finally the Fraud Department removed all the charges in XX/XX/XXXX and set the balance of my account to zero. However, in XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from debt collector TSI ( Transworld Systems INC ) about this XXXX invoice. Since then I have called debt collector TSI and XXXX XXXX department several times. I informed TSI that is a fraud case already solved by XXXX ( case XXXX managed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Debt Collector TSI says XXXX need to call them to remove my file. When I call XXXX, they confirm I don't owe any money to them. So I ask them to contact the debt collector TSI to remove my file, and they said they will, but almost one month later I still see my file on the debt collector 's website. I am really worried about the debt collector sending me to the credit score agencies for a debt I don't owe. Also, this is causing me a lot of stress in my day-to-day life. I need this issue to be fixed as soon as possible. Important note : My last login date before receiving this invoice was XXXX ( see attachments ). This proves the fraud was committed offline, not online. I don't understand how XXXX charges a shipment to an account number without verifying the account holder 's ID.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX, my XXXX XXXX revolving debt was transferred to collections and then sold to Transworld, LLC collection agency. I had never received a letter from Transworld regarding this debt. In XXXX, Transworld started intercepting my federal income tax check and have been ever since XXXX ( about XXXX ). The original amount of the debt was a little over XXXX XXXX dollars. I contacted Transworld several times over the last 2 years with the last contact in XXXX via letter to informed them about the illegal collection through the tax off-set program, and demanded that they stop the collection activity through off-set. They claim that they are collecting on behalf of the government ( XXXX ), however when I contacted the XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX directly, they indicate that I do not own a debt.

Consumer Complaint: My credit was rejected the day before closing on a house. The only new information that showed on my report after this happened was XXXX reports by Transworld for accounts that belong to my son and daughter. Since it cost me a home purchase, I was disappointed that all three credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) failed to validate that this was my account before adding it to my report. When I notified all three credit reporting agencies, XXXX immediately removed the XXXX Transworld reports ; however, XXXX is still waiting for Transworld to respond and XXXX closed the dispute, stating that they verified that the accounts are mine. XXXX has no intention of removing the Tranworld accounts that do not belong to me and XXXX may follow suit. These are apparently accounts for some type of lab that a doctor ordered for my son in XXXX and my daughter in XXXX. My son was XXXX XXXX XXXX and not covered on my insurance in XXXX and I would not have been with my adult son when he went to the doctor. My daughter was XXXX XXXX XXXX and covered under my insurance as a secondary insurance in XXXX, but I also would not have been at her doctor appointments either. Since I did not attend these appointments, and even my children would not have known whether the insurance would cover the lab work, I had no way of knowing that these charges existed. I have no idea why Transworld is suddenly adding my children 's bills to my credit report, or why they haven't reached out to my children or reported these on my children 's credit reports. I do know that the accounts do not belong to me and I did not know they existed, even my adult children would not have been notified if their insurance had determined a lab charge to be incorrect or not allowed. There is no logical reason for the XXXX credit reporting agencies to add these collections to my report, causing me to lose all of the money I paid toward inspections and appraisals on a home I was XXXX day away from closing on. Currently, there is absolutely no way that XXXX could have possibly verified these account as belonging to me, yet they refuse to remove them ; and worse still, there is no way of knowing when the XXXX credit reporting agencies might decide to allow collection agencies to add someone else 's debt to my report again. XXXX does not have ads everywhere promoting their paid services, but XXXX and XXXX do ; maybe to them, allowing these types of false claims will force consumers to pay for their premier services.

Consumer Complaint: Received bills from XXXX XXXX for services related to out patient XXXX. My insurance carrier ( XXXX XXXX ) required multiple pre-authorizations which were provided as directed. XXXX was in XXXX of XXXX. After receiving bills for hospital services I contacted the Hospital for direction and they suggested that my Insurance Carrier should be contacted. I kept receiving bills from XXXX XXXX which I kept disputing because they ( XXXX XXXX XXXX had not divided the bill nor did they bill the correct insurance ( coded incorrectly repeatedly ). XXXX XXXX resubmitted the account for insurance and was paid a portion of the outstanding debt by XXXX XXXX. I received a corrected bill from XXXX XXXX and paid that bill within 7 days of receipt. In the mean time, this account was sent to collections and I disputed this within the 30 day time frame with each of the 3 reporting agencies. All agencies EXCEPT XXXX removed the information after confirming that account was not eligible to be sent to collections. When I disputed this account in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX once again they stated the information is accurate. Clearly they never researched this account. I demand that the collection account be removed for being inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: I noticed on XX/XX/XXXX that my XXXX credit report had three different collections on my account, all from energy companies located in Texas, where I have never lived or ever heard of. One was from the collector XXXX XXXX XXXX, from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the amount of # XXXX. I had received collections letters in the mail from this collection, and I followed up by calling XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX notifying that it was fraudulent or a result of identify theft and they made note of it and asked for my social security number to report it to the credit bureau, which I did not feel comfortable providing. The two other collections were from the collector TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC/ and Original creditor : XXXX I never received any letters or other notifications for these collections. I disputed these collections through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, and two were removed, however one of the collections from TRANSWORLD SYSTEM INC/ remained. This remaining collection is for the amount of {$280.00} that opened on XX/XX/XXXX. I then followed up with XXXX to ask what else can be done about this collection as it is a result of identify theft, and they recommended that I file a complaint myself with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
