Consumer Complaint: I was a resident if XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX and unfortunately had to move out in XXXX of XXXX. Since then, I have been a model tenant with no issues or complaints and have always paid my rent in full and kept close contact with the office in regards to late payments or emergency issues medically that I encountered. I sent a notice over XXXX stating that due to COVID-19, I would unfortunately not be able to continue my residency within the apartment complex and I would be vacating the property by XX/XX/XXXX. Unfortunately my employment is not going to return full time and our positions have been eliminated. I received a very nasty phone call from a woman named XXXX in the main office whom informed me that she did not care about my notice to vacate and that I would be breaking my contract with XXXX XXXX and would have a balance. On the contrary, my letter stated that I am aware I would have a balance and would not have a problem making a payment arrangement, as I had spoken to someone about before, to resolve and unpaid balances. I did also state in this later that I would continue to pay on my account what I could until XX/XX/XXXX and that my security deposit could be used for any unpaid balances due to the COVID-19 pandemic and my lay off. Unfortunately, since my job is not returning, I have no option but to move out of the state and back to where I am from with family. She informed me that I did not have a choice and that I would keep accruing fees and that she would be filing for my eviction on XX/XX/XXXX and having a sheriff come to the door to remove me.As of my date of filing the vacation letter, XX/XX/XXXX, I was behind one months rent minus {$500.00}. I had a previous communication with XXXX, the interim office manager and she was aware and working with me with the balance. Again, I informed XXXX, the current office manager, I would pay what I could on the balance. She told me that she suggested I get out before XXXX is over to save me time, everyone the headache and money. She was not very helpful. I asked her to speak to her supervisor or someone from corporate and the name of her boss and she informed me that Id get no one, no one will speak to me and shes as high as I get to go. I informed her that that is against the law during COVID due to Tenant Harbor Safe Act that was passed by the XXXX XXXX and this protects tenants from threats of this nature by landlords, as well as eviction proceedings and retaliation for inability to pay rent due to job loss and pandemic. Tenants can not be penalized or threatened with eviction if they experience financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This act was actively in effect during this time period and the provisions were still in place. She informed me that she had no idea what I was talking about and this wasnt a thing and she needed proof to send up to corporate to have corporate review it. She told me that I did not have a choice and that if I was not out by XX/XX/XXXX there would be problems. I informed her again, that I wrote a later stating all my personal items and the property would be cleared by XX/XX/XXXX and she told me, I DO NOT, WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR LETTER OF VACATION. Its invalid. It doesnt matter. I did not want to continue to get into a screaming match with her so I informed her I would be contacting corporate and the sheriffs office in the local town. Upon contacting the sheriffs office, the sergeant informed me that there are an over abundance of eviction cases and if the office does file, I would be long gone before any law is lifted. The sheriffs office informed me that there are no active eviction proceedings and they are not aware as to when the boarding department in each city and county is going to be allowed to reopen filings for such proceedings. He informed me as well that not only do I live in and extremely drug infested community, but he does suggest that for the safety of myself and my child, that I document everything that I send. I let the office manager, XXXX, know that I would be sending a certified letter for return receipt and she informed me she would not be signing it and sending it back. I told her I tried to drop off a hard copy signed and notarized and she told me she wont accept it. Im considered a SKIP and that unemployment and loss of job due the pandemic is not an excuse to not be able to pay my rent. I have filed this with the better business bureau as well. Continously over the last two years. The office manager, XXXX, at XXXX XXXX XXXX, violated my rights as a tenant under the acts signed into law by the governor of XXXX. I asked to have my notice to vacate honored and a bit of understanding during this hard time without penalty, and my rights as a tenant under the act are being violated. She informed me that Id have a hefty balance to pay and that I should avoid it and leave today. She informed me that she would send police to my house until I left everyday after XX/XX/XXXX. She informed me that tenants have no rights during the pandemic that she is aware of and that she needs proof of that herself. XXXX XXXX properties was the previous owner of the property and sent my bill upon move out to Transworld Systems Inc suggesting I owed over {$7000.00} in fees and lease fees. I have attempted to call Transworld and get proof of debt for two years, and nothing has been sent to me. I did not sign any documentation assuming this debt is valid, nor did they take me to court for the debt. XXXX XXXX properties sold the complex to another property management company two weeks after I voluntarily moved out and the new property owners have no record of me ever being a resident. I have contacted and made SEVERAL attempts to settle this debt for less than owed and no communication has been sent to me from Transworld. XXXX has been attempted to XXXX XXXX Properties as well, and they continue to ignore attorney letters and requests for information and settlement from myself as well.

Consumer Complaint: I was never invoiced in XXXX & XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for ( 4 ) small outstanding amounts. Then, 4 collection accounts listed by Transworld Systems ( TSIXXXX ) under account numbers XXXX for {$100.00} ; XXXX for {$97.00} ; XXXX for {$100.00} and XXXX also for {$100.00}. When the collection reporting from Transworld listed against me and discovered by XXXX XXXX, I immediately resolved the debt by paying off with Transworld back in XXXX. I then tried to obtain deletion directly from Transworld and they refused. I then disputed with XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and XXXX deleted one account ONLY, namely # XXXX for {$100.00} refusing to remove the other 3. Additionally, the credit bureaus jointly have agreed to delete all MEDICAL COLLECTIONS in XXXX with balances under {$500.00} and paid in full. All ( 4 ) accounts above are under {$500.00} and were paid in full. Sadly, someone or somebody at XXXX and/or Transworld are having a good laugh at not removing the remaining 3 accounts. In principle, these remaining Transworld accounts should be deleted by XXXX so I can obtain credit score lift. In fact, the 4 medical collections from XXXX never should have reached Transworld for adverse listing against me. XXXX XXXX

XXXX weeks later I get a letter from a credit agency for a debt owed through a XXXX XXXX corporate account, which I do not have, through further investigation they paid a large portion of the debt and left me with collection fees. I called on XX/XX/XXXX both XXXX XXXX and the credit company, and XXXX XXXX waived collection fees because of a some sort of billing error. Both companies I recorded calls from today.what I would like to know is why my credit report was in a jam for a debt I had nothing to do with???

Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I sent a letter to TransWorld Systems inc exceriseing my right under 15 U.S. Code section 1692g with tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX TransWorld received my letter XX/XX/XXXX XXXX responded with a letter disputing this alleged debt with the consumer reporting agencies and admitting to neither confirm or deny the presence of inaccurate information. they say they may not have suffienct time to complete an investigation of the alleged inaccuracy. they attached a statement to this letter as their " validation '' to be able to collect on this alleged debt. XX/XX/XXXX I sent TransWorld a letter tracking number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX saying that they are in violation under the FDCPA by failing to provide me sufficent enough proof to collect on this debt under my name. I also notated that they listed another debt buyer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as the creditor. correct me if im wrong but why would TransWorld list another debt buyer on their response letter? isn't this considered false representation? I also stated that I refuse to pay this alleged debt until the proper proof of this debt has been provided. that is my right! Statements is not a form of PROOF. I need more. TransWorld NEVER ceased collection of this account while they " investigated '' and honestly still didn't ceased collection until this day even tho they still fail to provide me sufficient enough proof. to my understanding these procedures are going against the FDCPA. XX/XX/XXXX TransWorld received my letter I have yet to hear back from this collection agency regarding my 2nd notice. XX/XX/XXXX I checked my XXXX report and noticed not only is this account still reporting illegally but they report a date of XXXX deliquency of XX/XX/XXXX putting this account to be removed XX/XX/XXXX. the contact address listed on my report shows a address that is NOT collectable in my state of texas according to the Secretary of State website. XX/XX/XXXX I checked my XXXX report and noticed not only did they recently report on XX/XX/XXXX but they reproted ON Record Until XXXX XXXX that would mean the date of 1st deliquency is claiming to be XX/XX/XXXX? they are also reporting a po box as their contact address which is another error. this is ridiculous and must be handled. not only did they NOT provide me proof, only statements, but they admit to not being able to complete their investigation in a timely manner, they failed to ceased and desist reporting UNTIL they have provided the proof, they report different contact addresses that have been cancelled closed file but most importantly they are reporting different running of reporting time frames with the consumer reporting agencies manipulating the date of 1st deliquency date AFTER they have recently reported. my consumer reports have had enough damage due to TransWorld Systems inc non compliance and improper procedures and illegal practices. at the end of the day TransWorld is the furnisher of this alleged debt that is reporting to all consumer reporting agencies on my PRIVATE NON PUBLIC consumer reports which I gave them NO WRITTEN permission to do so. experiencing this had made me research more and more on my consumer rights and I take my credit very seriously. I have read that consumers have a right to privacy and debt collectors must comply under federal laws. why is TransWorld able to get away with reporting inconsistent and inaccurate information and collect on a alleged debt that they have no authority nor no proof to do so?

Consumer Complaint: I have been writing letters since XX/XX/2021 and never got a response. This is unacceptable. The FCRA gives them 30 DAYS. They have taken over 90 ; this is a violation and they are required to remove all of the accounts that they have failed to investigate. There is no way that the FCRA should be ignored and I have to suffer, especially during a time when credit is needed for employment, dwelling, insurance, and more. There is too much going on right now to request a consumer to wait EVEN LONGER than federally mandated. The FCRA was created for a reason. They are to follow it. Every item should be removed

Consumer Complaint: I purchased a one year contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX and paid the full amount up front on the date contract was signed. I chose not to renew the contract. I informed my service technician several months before the contract expired and phoned XXXX that I would not be signing a new contract. More than six months after my contract ended I received a bill from XXXX for {$160.00} I again called them to inform them of their mistake. Approximately three months later I received another bill, I wrote on the bill that I didnt owe them anything since my contract was for 12 months and I paid in full initially. I asked for an explanation of the charges other than the amount. I never got a response but was instead handed over to Transworld System Inc. for collection. Ive spoken with the above credit agency who asked me to prove I didnt owe the bill.

Consumer Complaint: Hi, I was mislead by a XXXX XXXX in my local area. They advertise on their website a XXXX monthly membership and I was never provided with a physical or digital contract. They have several complaints against them in the form of online reviews about their deceptive and unreasonable tactics that force people to stay in contracts against their will and their customer service refused to respond to me until I threatened to go to the XXXX. They refuse to cancel my membership though they falsely advertised a XXXX monthly plan and there was no contract provided to me stating this was an annual contract that also has hidden fees ( some customers paid XXXX in hidden fees, I was charged XXXX so the amount seems arbitrary ) .Many customers and myself believe these tactics may warrant further investigation into possible fraud. I have attached the contract they say I am allegedly obligated to, which was printed and populated with my information, but never signed or presented to me at the time of registration. They deliberately make it virtually impossible to cancel, requiring certified mail within exactly XXXX months of initial registration- in which case they will charge for XXXX calendar months. If this is not sent in that exact time frame they sign you up for another XXXX months. The sentiment online with over XXXX XXXX XXXX is that this company is fradulent and intentionally coerces people into continuing payment to them long after no longer using their services. I lost my debit card in XXXX and sent an email to cancel my membership and got no response to customer service. They sent a collections for XXXX ( XXXX x XXXX XXXX a month should be XXXX ) and refuse to cancel my plan. I want my membership cancelled and I do not feel like I should be required to pay that amount because I sent an email to customer service about cancellation and was never informed of the terms and I have not used the services since XXXX XXXX XXXX. Many customers have had this experience and have been coerced and XXXX XXXX into paying these hidden fees and forced into never ending monthly payment by this XXXX Their website does not list these terms anywhere digitally and the contract is never presented in person either. They have XXXX XXXX star XXXX reviews and XXXX complaints in the last XXXX years and have aXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On top of my personal resolution, I think this company may warrant a fraud investigation. There are multiple reports of them intentionally not cancelling memberships and lying and providing to give information to customers about the terms of membership.
