Issue: Attempts to collect debt not owed
Subissue: Debt is not yours
Consumer Complaint: I talked to a gentleman named XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked XXXX why they are reporting this bill on XXXX for XXXX dated XX/XX/XXXX. He said they dont have any bill for that date. Then I checked TransUnion and seen that they were reporting XXXX bills that were fake as well. I have made 3 different disputes since XXXX for TransUnion that these bills are fake. TransUnion was not and did not verify that these bills exist. Then I seen that professional collector corporation was now reporting on TransUnion and XXXX. All 14 fake bills on my account. Professional collector corporation is not a real business. If they were they wouldnt be reporting fake bills on my account. XXXX XXXX originally owned these bills until XX/XX/XXXX. Thats what the lady XXXX told me from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Professional collector corporation took them over at that time. I am going to show the original bills from associated XXXX. Which let me say this we are going back to court next month so I can show the judge all of the fraud going on. The bills that XXXX XXXX said I owed were paid in full by my insurance company by a contractual adjustment/agreement. Also if you look at the bills you will see they used the same dates quite a few times but just changed what was due to them.
