Consumer Complaint: I have recently filed a dispute with transunion in regards to a company of company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which I have never heard of nor have I ever done any business with this company. This company is saying that a debt of {$640.00} is owed to them by me. In my disputed I state to please provide information solidfying their beliefs that debt is owe by me. I also stated that they need to provide original documentation with wet signatures of agreements. Transunion did not provide any of those requested documents just simply deemed that account as verified. by them not providing the documents that was request which has lead me to believe this investigation was improper and they made an error which is negatively affecting my daily life.

These accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are in VIOLATION!!! 15 U.S. Code 1601- Congressional findings and declaration of purpose ( p ) The term unauthorized use, as used in section 1643 of this title, means a use of a credit card by a person other than the cardholder who does not have actual, implied, or apparent authority for such use and from which the cardholderreceives no benefit. Under, 15 U.S. Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In according with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. I NEVER gave any consumer reporting agency WRITTEN CONSENT to report anything on my consumer report which violates my rights as a federal protected consumer. NO CONSENT IS IDENTITY THEFT. As a consumer I am demanding the deletion of the accounts listed IMMEDIATELY.

I was contacted by a collection agency regarding the accounts that were obtained under my name. I have no knowledge of obtaining any of the accounts listed here in this affidavit report, and was told that I needed to complete this affidavit, along with submitting my personal identification to have the suspected fraudulent accounts investigated and removed immediately.

The original creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX with account # XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX Charge account with account # XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX with account # XXXX and a balance of {$0.00}. XXXX XXXX account with account # XXXX opened on XX/XX/XXXX and a balance of {$0.00}. However, they stated everything was complete and accurate. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. According to 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), they are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting correctly. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
