This account is incorrectly reporting that I have 1 late payments. On my XXXX report there are XXXX late payments being reported. I personally created and mailed the letter and I provided the reason for my dispute in simple language. You had 30 days to investigate my dispute and it wasn't done. I hope this message reaches you in excellent physical condition. I am writing to bring specific inconsistencies in my credit report to your attention, specifically pertaining to billing errors as outined in 15 U.S.Code 1666 ( b ) under the billing error category : ( 4 ) The creditor 's failure to accurately reflect a payment made by the obligor or credit issued to the obligor on a statement.
