Consumer Complaint: Around the first week of XXXX, I called " Transunion '' credit reporting and asked them why their scoring for me was consistently XXXX points lower than XXXX or XXXX. I was told that they use their own method of reporting. I wanted in writing the reason for this inaccuracy. But got no response. I sent a letter the second week of XXXX to Transunion requesting that they fix several inaccuracies and have still received no answer. As of the date of this complaint, my credit score continues to be XXXX points lower with Transunion than the other two agencies. This is not right. There must be some way of investigating to see why Transunion continues to report lower scores then the other companies. Lower reporting of scores cost consumers XXXX XXXX XXXX per year. It affects everything in our lives. This company needs to be held accountable.
