Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had XXXX late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year> Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I mailed over to TransUnion a request to investigate late payments they are currently reporting on my credit report for 2 different accounts. I've provided receipts and transaction history that proves I was never late on any payments. Each time that I received an update from TransUnion, it would just update the months they are claiming I was late on the account. Basically moving late payments around from month to month. For example it would go from XXXX being late and XXXX being current to XXXX being late and XXXX current. It would be a constant back and forth with moving dates around which is inaccurate. I would also receive stall tactics from TransUnion, one advising that my address couldn't be updated to later receiving mail at my current address that I was attempting to update. When requesting to verify the information they've received from the creditor, I wouldn't receive any documentation other than it's been verified but my receipts are showing something completely different. I've sent in proof twice already and nothing has been updated/corrected.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX ftc identity theft and affidavit notarized for report being completed. XX/XX/XXXX mailed 5 credit cards and 3 reporting agencies a letter I downloaded from FTC website after logging into my dashboard where I previously made report. Letter # 1 clearly stated that I was a victim of Identity theft, and that my account should reflect this fact by removing any information related to this theft. Yet no action from 5 credit cards and 3 consumer reporting agencies have followed these lawful regulations. All accounts which charge off info, which is 100 % related to identity theft are still reflecting on every account, and on top this, when I call multiple times to every complain and send many letters by mail, there is always some reason they cant take it off. Or we will dispute it, then wait 30 days and dispute it again, changing my approach hoping for a better outcome. Ive repeatedly made calls, constantly being disconnected, which is another unfair practice Ive already covered. What a time waster these disconnected calls bring on. I dispute the charge off, say Im a victim of identity theft this should not be reported on this report. And I wait, yet nothing. I do further digging, come to find out, information being listed on consumer credit reports without consent is illegal. Reporting transaction history ; illegal, XXXX XXXX XXXX when asked where they got my information, said it was my bank, thats violation of privacy act XX/XX/1974 and title 15 U.S.C. 1681 FCRA. Then XX/XX/XXXX said they will send my report, I request mail and email. I got the email, saying we dont have any information on your name and SSN you reported. Then why did you respond to my question about where your company got my information from? Liars Then I got mail from XX/XX/XXXX about my opt out request. They said we dont do direct to consumer business therefore have no opt out. This is an example of language fraud. This industry of banking is rampantly committed fraud daily in its civil proceedings and the victims like me, exhaust all remedies with no recourse! A letter from a federal agency, the FTC, vouching for me supplying a letter with its logo and info, alongside affidavit and public notarization creating a certificate of sorts to comply with the administrative procedures or civil procedures has done zero for my cause of actions. I have a tarnished credit score, had to live out my car for a few months before finding a better situation, because I couldnt afford bills and being denied credit, with low score which is another violation because we the people are the original creditor pursuant to title 15 U.S.C. 1602 and its illegal to deny extending credit to consumers pursuant to title 15 U.S.C. 1691. So I started aXX/XX/XXXX because by law banks required to lend small business $ XXXX without documentation, only need XXXX and XXXX pursuant to title 12 U.S.C. 1431 and 15 USC 1611. I am struggling to survive, and I strive to use the laws in society to get by, yet these banks fraudulent actions, for their own gain, victimize me and unjustly denies the principles they should uphold. Its a small number of banks which represent massive amounts of people, and youd think making money off every single person would be enough, but no, they need to violate the laws put in place so people wouldnt suffer and have hardships that repress every action of my being. As a matter of fact, I was only looking to repair my credit, have access to maybe {$10000.00}, I could use more, but just wanted {$10000.00} to get by and live. Here I am, 4 months since my initial report hundred of phone calls and mail letters combined, and visible for the record, nothing shows any change. I havent moved my credit score up any points, still XXXX range. Countless hours researching laws, policies, regulations, statutes, state and federal, and yet no one has done a single thing except repeat we confirm verification of your information. With some more time, what did I dig up? That verification of information means you can prove I am the person that created this debt. How? Oh, you need a wet ink signature on a contact Ive signed? Youve told me 7-8 letters now you verifiably found the information true and correct. Really, can you prove this? If so, why havent you? Beyond the fact there hasnt been any verification, proof of a wet ink signature, there is more. The contracts credit cards have you sign, arent to lend money, they just want access to a credit which only my signature can provide. But wait theres more, now with the passage of Electronic signature, once your signature is provided once, now they can sign for you without permission because in the print you have given permission to use your signature when they want. This is so disturbing that these companies can take my signature, deny me credit to an account with my name on it, then take a denied application, assign any arbitrary value decided, sell it to XXXX institutions who then trade it for treasury securities and make daily interest off my signature for 30 some odd years? I am following procedure, exhausted all my remedies, these banks, reporting agencies, none of them have time for me, they have already receive my signature, I am destitute in my own country, no foreign consulate to help me out, my own government agencies who are designed to prevent this situation thats happening to me are supposedly helping me, which Im grateful they provide me letters to send out, but many times, unless its at the expense of certified mail, I have no confirmation.. I would appreciate some consideration and have included an advance settlement notice for only one company so far, XXXX, which really annoys me about customer service suspicion activity reporting and constant phone disconnections waste of time. I have reports of FDCPA VIOLATIONS, which amount to way more than Ive ever had credit to my entire life all because authoritarian rules, tyrannical procedures to deny assistance has provoked all efforts to find a remedy. I have never imagined a life of such poor conditions, only to find out I am being violated and used by the system unjustly. This situation really adds precedent to the digital signs I see on freeway about reporting XXXX XXXX I have exhausted any and all attempts Ive been requested by protection agencies and now need assistance for relief because I do not see one action as of yet after 4 months for all my efforts to comply with administrative procedures
