Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet TransUnion, XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. TransUnion, XXXX, XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against TransUnion for its failure to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation into inaccuracies on my credit report, as stipulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). On XX/XX/2023, I mailed a dispute letter via XXXX XXXX mail tracking # XXXX, requesting an investigation into the following items : XXXX - XXXX, Bankruptcy Reference Number : XXXX, and incorrect addresses. To facilitate the verification of my identity and address, I enclosed a copy of my photo ID, social security card, and a recent bill. Despite my adherence to the FCRA 's dispute process, I received a response from TransUnion dated XX/XX/2023, stating : We recently received a request that included your information, but it didn't appear that you or a properly authorized third party sent it to us. We take the privacy and security of your data very seriously, so we won't process requests unless they come directly from you or an authorized third party. This response signifies a failure on TransUnion 's part to recognize and process a dispute initiated by the consumer, as mandated by the FCRA. The XXXX explicitly requires credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation when the completeness or accuracy of any item in a consumer 's file is disputed. I am submitting copies of my dispute letter, XXXX certified mail proof of delivery, and TransUnion 's response as evidence of my attempts to rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: My car was totaled on XX/XX/XXXX and CAC payment form XXXX XXXX and Gap insurance. They stopped reporting to the credit bureau. This is when the mistakes began. The balance left of my account is {$3600.00} some odd dollars. They reported it after receiving the payments form Gap and XXXX XXXX as being {$8300.00} even though in my account it showed a balance of {$3600.00}. I disputed this to no avail with XXXX XXXX. However after 2 months it has been updated and now currently reflects the current amount of {$3600.00}. Here is where the second problem begins. They are now reporting my account as behind. It is saying 30-59 days late. But in my account when I log in says I have no payments due until XX/XX/XXXX. I called them about this on XX/XX/XXXX and more errors. When the agent answered the phone she said my balance was {$3600.00}. She then said that I owed them $ XXXX and that my account was past due. However after my car was totaled and I called and spoke with a representative I was told that the $ XXXX reflected in my account was based on the {$3600.00} being spread out over the life of the loan a total of 8 years. My bottom line is they are misrepresenting facts and it is preventing me from getting another vehicle. I can't have a payment due in XXXX of this year and be behind at the same time in XXXX?
