I Also Reached out to the creditors & collection agencies requesting a debt of validation for all of the inaccurate accounts. However it has now been 90 days and neither the creditor nor collection agency responded to validate the debt. Which is Also a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) please remove all the above fraudulent and illegal accounts and inquiries immediately from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of ( XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023 ). Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late.
