Please removed this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 15 U.S. Code 16815-2 ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Stating " Information alleged to result from identity theft " If a consumer submits an identity theft report to a person who furnishes information to a consumer reporting agency at the address specified by that person for receiving such reports stating that information maintained by such person that purports to relate to the consumer resulted from identity theft, the person may not furnish such information that purports to relate to the consumerto any consumer reporting agency, unless the person subsequently knows or is informed by the consumer that the information is correct ''. I Also Reached out to the creditors & collection agencies requesting a debt of validation for all of the inaccurate accounts. However it has now been 90 days and neither the creditor nor collection agency responded to validate the debt. Which is Also a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) please remove all the above fraudulent and illegal accounts and inquiries immediately from my credit report. However I never gave any entity, Credit bureau, nor auto loan lender or any other financial institutions written permission to report any accounts to my credit or pull my credit to open an account which why all the inquiries and accounts isted above must be deleted immediately under 15 U.S. Code 1681c-1- Identity theft prevention ; fraud alerts and active duty alerts please remove all the above fraudulent and illegal accounts and inquiries immediately from my credit report please remove all above fraudulent accounts and inquiries, also XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX $ ( CollectionCharge off ) are reporting on my credit report as a ( open account ) which is a violation under FCRA You are reporting this collection account on my credit report with an " Open '' status. Also you are reporting a fraudulent auto loan from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX $ Collection Charge off ), which is inaccurate reporting because If it says " Charged Off '' on your credit report this means the original creditor took a tax write off and reported the balance as a loss. Thus this fraudulent and bad debt from ( XXXX XXXX ) " Change off '' must be removed from my credit report immediately under ( 7 CFR 1782.3 ) Write off of a debt and termination of servicing activity without release of liability. A charge-off is a decision by the Agency to remove debt from Agency receivables however future payments Off '' on your credit report this means the original creditor took a tax write off and reported the balance as a loss. Thus this fraudulent and bad debt from ( XXXX XXXX ) " Change off '' must be removed from my credit report immediately under ( 7 CFR 1782.3 ) Write off of a debt and termination of servicing activity without release of liability. This is inaccurate reporting and must be deleted immediately because the debt has been removed under ( 7 CFR 1782.3 ). These fraudulent accounts and inquiries and and addresses must be removed immediately under 15 U.S. Code 1681c-1 and 15 USC 16815- ( B ) 1of the FCRA and a violation of the Fair Debt Collection PracticesAct. Because Ive never lived at the fraudulent address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Illinois XXXX this address was apart of an illegal scheme from a identity theft investigation that I was a victim of and must be deleted immediately. My correct address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, Minnesota XXXX this the only address Ive be living at for 5 years. Under our 15 USC 1681 ( B ) this all is a violation and must be corrected immediately because the furnished did not conduct a reasonable investigation with my to my disputed information and did not review all relevant information provided by the consumer with the dispute notice 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 )

Consumer Complaint: This letter is in response to your recent claim that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX verified the account they are reporting is accurate. Please be advised that I am exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ( iii ) which provides that a consumer may request a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available. In compliance with this method of investigation request, please provide the following : The description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information. Name, address, and telephone number of each person contacted regarding this alleged account. A copy of any documents provided bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay them the exact amount claimed. Any automated response or e-Oscar verification is unacceptable. I am requesting a re-investigation along with your method of verification. The item in question is inaccurate and represents a very serious reporting error. I expect to receive a response within 15 days of receipt of this letter in compliance with the FCRA. Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had two late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of ( XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023 ). Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late.
