I believe my rights under these acts have been compromised in the following ways : 1. Lack of Consent : I have not provided explicit consent, whether verbal, non-verbal, written, or implied, for the sharing of my nonpublic personal information with credit reporting agencies or nonaffiliated third parties, which may constitute a violation of FCRA Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) and GLBA Section 6802 ( b ) ( c ). 2. Nondisclosure Option : I was not adequately informed of my right to exercise the nondisclosure option, as required by GLBA Section 6802 ( b ) ( c ). 3. Consumer Complaint: The telecom company XXXX could not provide services agreed by contract ( and could not fix them ) on for 22 months and on top of it, made errors in billing that their financial division was unable to correct. So far, we have spent about XXXX hours trying to get fixed by them and trying to get help to make them do it. We have been customers of XXXX for XXXX years. The triggering point of these problems was when we moved to a nearby unit starting ( XX/XX/XXXX ). We worked with all levels of their company including simplest customer service phone number, technical teams, multiple people from the facade they call Office of the President ( OTP ) ( starting XX/XX/XXXX ) and even to one of their CEOs at the end before we decided we are not going to go through this anymore. We went through constant harassment of many kinds including disruption of service and finally ( force ) terminated service on XX/XX/XXXX as we refused to pay what XXXX claimed as we owe them. They will send email saying they are going to disrupt service with opportunity to send if we dispute any charge they claim as owed to some address ( probably their internal collection service address in Florida ) and that they will respond by getting verification, they did not respond a single of the XXXX times we wrote. They reported our account as collection in XX/XX/XXXX affecting my credit significantly. XXXX did not send any notice or opportunity to dispute prior to sending it to collection and reporting to credit bureaus in XXXX, XXXX, and we came to know of it through email from the credit reporting agencies. When we tried to handle ( remove the notation, because that is an incorrect information ) directly through the credit reporting agencies ( TransUnion and XXXX ) XXXX these agencies respond that XXXX says we owe them and not correct and not remove it. Subsequently well after the 30 days typically CFPB stipulates by when the consumer has to be informed, another company XXXX sent a notice of collection dated XX/XX/XXXX on behalf of XXXX that we received on XX/XX/XXXX and had a date of XX/XX/XXXX to file a dispute with XXXX. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( as their online system once we did not pick the few options available and picked other did not let us submit and gave a message to call ) and provided the facts, they summarized the facts and said that given the facts that throughout we have been experiencing poor and often unusable services we should not be owing any balance though I did mention lot more of the errors and problems we faced ). Further, during that call I also found that XXXX is an arm of XXXX as they answered and mentioned several times, including thanking at the end to call and give them the facts, as XXXX XXXX I talked to one of CFPB team members and they suggested that I should name the financial companies in this complaint. More details in enclosures.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX is inaccurately reporting late payments on my personal credit report. I am requesting removal of all late payments reported starting from XX/XX/XXXX and ending on XX/XX/XXXX, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. These false claims have had a significant impact on my creditworthiness and have caused me undue financial hardship and emotional distress. I highly recommend that you generate verification that the Credit Bureaus have been reporting accurately in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations. I am also requesting documentation proving the validity of the late payments reported by XXXX. At this time you are in violation of 15 USC 1666b. I was never 30 days/60 days/120 days late on any of my payments. I would also like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding our original agreement. The arbitration clause within our agreement outlines a mechanism for dispute resolution that we have both agreed upon. I would also like to pursue a refund for my original down payment of {$2000.00} paid to XXXX XXXX due to fraud pursuant to 15 USC 1635 and 15 USC 1662. I am requesting investigation as soon as possible and confirmation of the resolution. Thank you.
