Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/2024 my score was XXXX then in XX/XX/2024 my report showed that it was going up by XXXX points which should have made it XXXX but you never made the change, I recorded it. Then you add insult to injury by taking the score down by XXXX points, I recorded this too. We have been watching the injustices you have been doing for decades, my score should be close to XXXX but because of these tactics you are using on the American people you've managed to keep it down thus participating in the act of oppression not just on me but to XXXX XXXX XXXX others also and this will come to the attention of the people in our government. Oppression is illegal, and we have all the evidence.

On XX/XX/XXXX Account Number XXXX THIS ITEM HAS BEEN DELETED FROM THE CREDIT FILE you have additional questions about this item please contact : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as a result my FICO Score drop from XXXX to XXXX this is a pattern with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX my FICO Score was XXXX drop to XXXX, I contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX their response were have the primary cardholder XXXX XXXX to add you again as an authorized user. According to 12 CFR 1026.12 Special credit card provisions accepted credit card means any credit card that a cardholder has requested or applied for and received, or has signed, used, or authorized another person to use to obtain credit. I was not treated fair. The primary cardholder XXXX XXXX receive no Notification from the card issuer by telephone, or in writing that the authorized user have been deleted from the primary cardholder credit card.

Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity-theft. I am writing to request that you block all the following fraudulent accounts in my files with Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I made. I did not authorize anyone to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim files an affidavit it shall beg honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information must be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General with legal action of your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of reporting inaccurate debts, and noncompliance to adhere to laws enacted to help those who are victims of identity-theft. I request that an extended fraud alert be placed in my file explaining that fraudulent applications may be submitted in my name. Do not extend credit without first contacting me personally and verifying all applications.

They stated my account was verified but how is that possible if they did not do proper investigation according to the law. Also every piece of information on this account is not reporting 100 % Accurate. Consumer Complaint: This is so annoying & frustrating. Ive sent TRANSUNION multiple letters that Im the one whos disputing the items that are UNKNOWN to me. In Transunion ' s responses that make the claim that have not initiated any disputes on my behalf due to the fraudulent or high risk nature, and the documents I provided have either been confirmed as fraudulent or deemed as high risk due to the potential for fraud. This is a complete joke. How in the world did they verify these claims? First of all, I know that under FCRA Section 619 Obtaining information under false pretenses that any person who knowingly and willfully obtains information on a consumer from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses shall be fined under title 18 United States Code, imprisoned for not more than 2 years, or both. Most importantly, I never sent my documentation to anyone else as it deemed as high risk due to the potential for fraud. Also, according to FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 3 ) Determination That Dispute Is Frivolous or Irrelevant ( A ) a consumer reporting agency may terminate a reinvestigation of information disputed by a consumer under that paragraph if the agency reasonably determines that the dispute by the consumer is frivolous or irrelevant, including by reason of a failure by a consumer to provide sufficient information to investigate the disputed information. ( B ) Notice of determination. Upon making any determination in accordance with subparagraph ( A ) that a dispute is frivolous or irrelevant, a consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of such determination not later than 5 business days after making such determination, by mail or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency. Again, under FCRA 617 Civil liability for negligent noncompliance [ 15 U.S.C. 1681o ] Any person who is negligent in failing to comply with any requirement imposed under this title with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of ( 1 ) any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure; and ( 2 ) in the case of any successful action to enforce any liability under this section, the costs of the action together with reasonable attorneys fees as determined by the court. I need your help! As a consumer, I need to correct my credit file for my credit worthiness, credit standing, or credit capacity to obtain my rights and My Financial Freedom that has been DAMAGE.
