Consumer Complaint: I've sent many disputes in regard to this account with XXXX XXXX, when I receive response they say the debt is verified and correct, Yet when i call by recorded phone they tell me the debt was passed over to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When speaking with XXXX XXXX they do verify where this account came from they only sent me a balance of {$500.00} and 3 statements which don't belong to me. At one point they removed the account and replaced it back in 30 days. Non these actions from transferring the debt or replacing it back in my credit report were sent me by mail or email to notify me which means they are illegally passing my personal information around which under 15 U.S. Code 1681e is a violation of my rights. I believe it could have placed on my credit because of my fathers death and we share the same first middle and last name. I have sent many certified mail letters to each company to remove this wrong information. Each time they update the info and report differently in each credit company from current balance open day and closing dates they all do not match and the account is not mine. XXXX XXXX ACCOUNT NUMBER XXXX REFERANCE NUMBER : XXXX please review the documents attached and you will see in the details that it doesn't report correct and they are refusing to properly verify the debt and will remove it.

Consumer Complaint: The statement below was added to my credit report. I do not have a mortgage with them and they opened an account for a little over XXXX XXXX. I do not want to make contact with them incase they try to take more of my information. I believe they are using a scare tactic to make me think I have an account with them because they keep sending me physical mail and opened an account without my consent and that is fraud. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, your mortgage with XXXX XXXX XXXX was added to your report. This account was opened on XX/XX/XXXX. I reported it and tried to get it off my credit report. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, your mortgage account with XXXX XXXX XXXX was removed from your credit report. I am not sure if it has been fully removed and if they can still open accounts without my knowledge of it.
