Consumer Complaint: Please See Attached Documents for additional information that was requested by the XXXX XXXX XXXX. Enclosed Documents -Determination/Certification Letter -Trafficking In Persons Letter/Adverse Items -Passport ID -Federal ID -Bank Statement Credit Reporting Agency requested additional information to process block due to documents not being legible, 11 days after the 5 day deadline requirement, violating the regulation implemented for the Act. The XXXX XXXX XXXX have not implemented the proper procedures required by the regulation, giving victims the option to submit documentation online causing me the consumer no other option but to submit additional documentation through the CFPB, due to not having a stable address at the moment caused by this situation!

Consumer Complaint: I had an installment loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). Due to XXXX and several other health and family personal emergencies, I was delinquent on paying my monthly payments. In XXXX of XXXX, I paid the entire balance owing on the account. I requested that the company provide accurate account information to all three credit bureaus reflecting the current account status. I also requested that they remove any derogatory remarks in good faith as I was dealing with a great deal of stress during the time of this loan as I had several members of my family die of XXXX and had other personal and financial difficulties I was dealing with. When things improved, I contacted the company and Paid In Full my entire balance, despite the fact that they had written/charged off the entire amount of the loan roughly {$760.00}.
