Due to XXXX and several other health and family personal emergencies, I was delinquent on paying my monthly payments. In XXXX of XXXX, I paid the entire balance owing on the account. I requested that the company provide accurate account information to all three credit bureaus reflecting the current account status. I also requested that they remove any derogatory remarks in good faith as I was dealing with a great deal of stress during the time of this loan as I had several members of my family die of XXXX and had other personal and financial difficulties I was dealing with. When things improved, I contacted the company and Paid In Full my entire balance, despite the fact that they had written/charged off the entire amount of the loan roughly {$760.00}.
