Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft and I sent certified letters to XXXX, Trans Union and XXXX asking to remove or block fraudulent and incorrect information from my credit report in accordance to ( FCRA ) 605 section B. Each Agency replied that they would not block said accounts because they were investigated and verified. The only way to verify said accounts is to do a through investigation requesting the original contract with my signature and corresponding signature from the creditor. There were no means of how the investigation was done nor any proof sent to me of the investigation as to how the information was verified. My rights are continued to be violated. I have sent a FTC and police report yet they are still not complying with the laws here under FTC 605 b.

Consumer Complaint: The credit bureaus keep disrespecting the laws. I showed them multiple times of how they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. According to 15 use 1681 ( 5 ) The credit bureaus said everything was complete and accurate and I asked them how if the open date is wrong. Then I ask them to provide me description of the investigation according to 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ) and they never did. I have proof of my letter for that. Also according to 15 USC 1681 s-2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. This is violation after violation after violation. This is causing me stress because I have no hope with this system

Consumer Complaint: A payment was made to payment XXXX in XX/XX/2022 for {$1400.00} for payment in full. I have a copy of the cleared check. The account still appears on my credit as unpaid. I have made several calls and filed disputes with the bureaus to which they reply it is unpaid. I have sent copies and they still refuse to remove this account. Clearly a violation of the FCRA, not to mention the attempts to collect on a debt paid 2 years ago. I would like this completely removed from my credit as it now has caused issues with my score and prevented me from obtaining other new lines of credit and as a young professional now is the time for me to be building my credit
