Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had two late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that I have included screenshots inside this complaint in on dates of XX/XX/2023 & XX/XX/2023. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshots attached :

Consumer Complaint: My demands are clear and concise. I do not need to prove who I am any more than what identifying information I have already provided. Why is transition asking for proof of my employment? Provide the law that states that I have to prove where I am employed. TransUnion has XXXX right to proof of employment and I am under no obligation to prove it. Transunion need to prove how they can verify information without speaking to the creditor ( myself ). Transunion has failed to hold clear, concise and CONSISTENT reporting between them and the other consumer reporting agencies. Lets try again, before litigation. this will be the final attempt. It has come to my attention, upon further investigation, that Transunion is still willingly violating federally protected consumer laws by selling nonpublic personal information and allowing companies to commit fraud with my estate and violate the privacy act. I have not granted permissible purpose pursuant to 15 USC 1681. All 3 companies have allowed income to be reported on my reports in the guise of a " charge off '' ( certificate of indebtedness ). They are aware that income is not to be reported on any persons credit report. All 3 companies have violated 15 USC 6802 thru 15 USC 6805 and no option to opt out of reporting were given at any time. All 3 agencies have inconsistencies through out ALL 3 reports are to remove the following from my credit report. If anything that has not been validated by myself, remains on my report, I reserve my right to file suit. All communications will be utilized as evidentiary information. Consumer Complaint: I use an app called XXXX XXXX to monitor my credit score. I was notified by the app that Transunion is stating that I am XXXX. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted Transunion by phone and the agent stated that my date of birth has been removed from my credit report. I did NOT request for my date of birth to be removed. I also have a copy of my credit report that I received from Transunion by mail on XX/XX/. The report was completed on XX/XX/2024 and it clearly has my date of birth on the report. The representative stated that since I had an open dispute that he could not re-add my date of birth back to my report until the dispute is completed and that I would need to call back once it had been completed and the issue would be corrected. Today, XX/XX/2024 I received confirmation that the dispute has been completed. I called Transunion and the representative is now telling me that I will need to send a photocopy of my driver 's license, birth certificate or social security card by mail to have my date of birth added back to my credit report. This can take up to 4-6 weeks. I am currently in the process of moving and this issue is preventing me from getting verified for my a new place to live. Transunion removed my date of birth without being asked to do so. This is tampering with personal information. I'm currently seeking legal counsel on this issue. I will also be submitting an official complaint to the FTC for this issue.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute the accuracy of certain information on my credit report, which was previously brought to your attention in my certified letter dated XX/XX/2023 ( Tracking # XXXX ). According to 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( c ) ( 2 ), a consumer reporting agency is required to block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as resulting from alleged identity theft. Regrettably, I have not received any notification regarding the block of information as mandated by 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2. I would like to bring to your attention the provisions outlined in 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance, which specifies the consequences for failing to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). It states, " Any person who obtains a consumer report from a consumer reporting agency under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose shall be liable to the consumer reporting agency for actual damages sustained by the consumer reporting agency or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater. '' Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681i - Procedure in case of disputed accuracy outlines the procedures to be followed in cases of disputed information. Subsection ( 5 ) specifically addresses the treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information. If, after reinvestigation, an item of information is found to be inaccurate or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency is required to promptly delete or modify that item of information and notify the furnisher of the information accordingly. I demand that you delete all the accounts listed below immediately. Please provide me with a copy of an updated and corrected credit report showing that these items have been deleted.
