Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding my initial attempt to remove fraudulent items from my credit report, and the subsequent lack of resolution. Upon discovering unauthorized and fraudulent entries on my credit report, I promptly initiated the dispute process by following the procedures outlined by Credit Bureaus. Regrettably, my first attempt to rectify this matter has not yielded the desired results. The fraudulent items persist on my credit report, adversely impacting my creditworthiness and causing undue distress. I understand the gravity of addressing cases of fraud and appreciate the need for thorough investigation. However, the delay in resolving this issue has raised serious concerns about the effectiveness and efficiency of the dispute resolution process. As a victim of fraud, I find it disheartening that my credit report continues to reflect inaccurate and unauthorized information. I kindly request an immediate and comprehensive review of my case, with a specific focus on expediting the removal of the fraudulent items from my credit report. I have attached copies of the supporting documentation submitted during my initial dispute for your reference. Furthermore, I seek transparent and timely communication throughout the resolution process. Regular updates on the progress of the investigation and the actions being taken to address this issue are crucial to maintaining trust in the credit reporting system. If the fraudulent items are not promptly removed from my credit report, I may have no choice but to seek legal advice and escalate this matter to relevant regulatory authorities. I sincerely hope it does not come to that, and we can work together to resolve this issue promptly and amicably. I am asking for your assistance to remove these fraudulent items in my credit file : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense XXXX this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over 30 days later I have not received a response yet. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report it has been over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. Consumer Complaint: Per the CARES Act initiative the the Dept of Treasury in response to disparities occurring during XXXX, I reached out to the mortgage company in XX/XX/year> after my job had been cut due to XXXX occurrence. I spoke personally, with a representative from the mortgage company, informed them of my situation, and during the phone call I was asked a series of questions that the representative informed me would be submitted for initiation of the forbearance immediately. I was informed by the representative that I did not have to make any payment until instructed to do so once the forbearance expired. I didnt receive the paperwork indicating that my forbearance have been approved effective XX/XX/year>. During that time I made multiple attempts to reach a representative by phone to discuss the XXXX payment that had not been made per my conversation with the representative the previous month. As many companies had decreased their staff during the pandemic, I was never able to reach a live representative, and a voice recording on their end, said to call back at another time. Due to this discrepancy in XXXX processing of this paperwork, they have counted every month as a non-payment on my credit report, which is in direct violation of the CARES Act. if they are unable to get this issue, resolved, I will take this case to those that oversee direct violations of the CARES Act.
