Consumer Complaint: This has been going on for months and I've disputed this multiple times. I also filed a previous complaint with the CFPB as well. Now XXXX and Transunion added a XXXX loan to my account which does not exist which is beyond the pale. Currently I have XXXX student loans serviced by XXXX totaling $ XXXX. Now they added a XXXX loan instead of just simply fixing the balances of the other loans, making my total owed double than what it used to be. Hard to imagine.

XXXX should not reflect balances still owed due to transfer of providers in 2023. My XXXX balance should show paid in full. This is hurting my credit and if this balance isnt corrected I will be filing a law suit with monetary gain. By law the credit bureaus have to report ACCURATE information.
