Issue: Unable to get your credit report or credit score
Subissue: Problem getting your free annual credit report
Consumer Complaint: Transunion site does not work and what I attached is one of many I have which will be presented in arbitration or litigation. I can not access your credit report, file a dispute, or access my information for over a year. Since XXXX. I have emailed, called. I was told I am committing fraud and asked to send my social Security number, my Driver Lisc and my mortgage statement. I have tried to go through annual credit report and because I complained I am being weaponized. The last report I gave in my possession is from XX/XX/year>. Report XXXX. I have emailed higher ups and ignored and being told I committing fraud by trying to access my own report. I have reported to the FTC. The evidence speaks for itself. I have extensive proof. My attorney also mailed a demand letter to Transunion and ignored. How is it possible that for over a year I can not obtain my own credit report. I have had the same information in my credit report. To falsely accuse me of fraud and weaponize because I told the truth. I have every digital footprint when I tried to log in.

Consumer Complaint: I attended a event in XXXX and my purse was stolen that included my personal information. A police report was filed with the XXXX XXXX police department, and I was advised to continue to monitor my credit report in the future. I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed accounts and inquiries I have no affiliation with or knowledge. I contacted the credit bureaus in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to request verification of the accounts. I was also informed that my information was included in an XXXX XXXX. Furnishing information to my account with my written consent or knowledge is in violation of 15 USC 1681B. I have thoroughly researched, and these accounts being furnished to my profile are from someone using my information without my knowledge. Furnishing accounts due to identity theft further violates my consumer rights, specifically 15 USC 1681 c-2. I have affiliation with XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX for their failure to respond adequately to my previous dispute letters. I believe my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance to address this matter. On XX/XX/2023, I initially submitted dispute letters to the respective credit bureaus, disputing the accuracy of certain information on my credit reports. My dispute letters included details of the inaccurate information and evidence supporting my claims. As required by law, I expected the credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable investigation into my disputes and respond within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to engage with the credit bureaus and my commitment to resolving discrepancies on my credit reports, I have received little to no response from them. I have not received any meaningful communication acknowledging the disputes I raised, nor have I been provided with the results of their investigations.
