Consumer Complaint: I recently pulled a copy of my credit report and noticed that there are accounts being reported that I have no knowledge of or affiliated with. I contacted the credit reporting agencies in XX/XX/XXXX via phone and XX/XX/XXXX to notify them that someone was attempting to access line of credit in my name that I had not authorized. I ask for verification of these transactions. I pulled another report and now I see an account that I have never acquired. I have the right to privacy and furnishing accounts without my written consent is in violation of 15 USC 1681B I have researched these creditors and I have never had any accounts or applied for credit with these creditors, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. XXXX. Furnishing these transactions to my profile due to identity theft is in violation of 15 USC 1681 c-2 I have previously that any address I've never resided be deleted from my profile to prevent any further fraudulent activities

Consumer Complaint: I have reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that I had two late payments on an account that I was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts I have included a screenshot inside this complaint on the dates of ( XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX ), and ( XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX ). Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. if proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact I was never late. I was surprised to see and learn that I have been a victim of identity theft as, I have found numerous accounts on my credit report that I did not authorize and did not open ; this collection account needs to be removed, pursuant USC Title 15 1681 as soon as possible. I am writing to request an immediate federal intervention regarding unresolved identity theft on my credit report by : TransUnion Intermediate Holdings , Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Despite notifying them over 30 days ago and requesting an investigation as per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the fraudulent accounts remain on my report, unaddressed. This negligence violates my rights under FCRA and continues to inflict financial harm.
