Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. I am writing to request that you delete the following fraudulent inaccurate information from my credit report. Someone has used my personal information to obtain loans and credit cards. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to dispute certain accounts that have been listed on my credit report, and I am concerned about the discrepancies and potential fraudulent activity associated with them. Upon reviewing my credit report, I identified the following accounts that raised significant questions due to inconsistencies in reported information : 1. XXXX - ( Account # : XXXX ) 2. XXXX ( Account # : XXXX ) 3. XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX ) Account # : XXXX I am troubled by the incongruities in the details, such as outstanding balances, dates, amounts, and credits, as reported by different credit bureaus. Additionally, I have not initiated any recent credit applications or authorized anyone else to apply for credit on my behalf. Therefore, the inclusion of these accounts on my credit report raises concerns about potential fraudulent activity. I kindly request a thorough investigation into these accounts, and I would appreciate your assistance in providing the following information : Verification of the accuracy of each account listed above. Clarification on the source of information and the verification process employed. Confirmation from the assigned creditors regarding the ownership of these accounts. Given the seriousness of this matter, I urge to expedite the investigation and, if necessary, promptly remove these potentially fraudulent accounts from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXX, Transunion and XXXX, regarding the unlawful use of my personal information. I believe that my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. There are multiple inquiries on all of my reports that go against 15 USC 1681 ( b ) : " ( C ) the consumer report will be kept confidential, will be used solely for a purpose described in subparagraph ( A ), and will not be used in connection with any other civil, administrative, or criminal proceeding, or for any other purpose. '' There are a total of two accounts on my credit reports that are listed as charge offs and all charge offs are forms of income and should not be listed on my reports.
