Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an account that was not reporting accurately I had one late payments on an account that I always paid on time. Upon conversation with customer service. They could not provide me with any substantial reason for that report. This customer agency needs to report with complete accuracy. I am requesting you investigate and provide variable proof with records showing that I had a late payment If this information can not be provided I demand this these late payments updated to be paid on time immediately. Despite my numerous letters, these accounts are still reporting inaccurately. Per the FTC, this should have been corrected already per my numerous requests.

The negative remarks are still reporting on my consumer report. On XX/XX/2023 I sent company a dispute for Inaccurate reporting that was on my consumer report, as well as unauthorized inquiries. A dispute was mailed out to the company certified mail and return sender, I have attached valid copy of Passport, Social, and utility bill with my current ant only address. Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had one late payment on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account that i have included screenshot inside this complaint in on dates of XXXX.Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late.
