Consumer Complaint: In reference to the complaint ID XXXX. The US Department of Education failed to reply or fix issues related to said complaint ID XXXX. They Violated FERPA 20 USC 1232g ( B ) Release of education records ; parental consent requirement ; exceptions ; compliance with judicial orders and subpoenas ; audit and evaluation of federally-supported education programs ; recordkeeping. The accounts are also over XXXX XXXX XXXX which violates FCRA. They are also reporting conflicting information across all credit bureaus. Tender of payment was made and not applied to account. These matters has caused both stress and endangerment of my life. On contract with Direct Loans and FedLoans which are now transferred to US Department of Education Default Resolution group, the promissory note states they would not share my personal information with any third party which Transunion sales information about consumers on XXXX which includes my personal information through both direct and Indirect Channels According to their SEC Registration XXXX, XXXX form, and this violates FERPA and the privacy act of 1974. XXXX acquired XXXX XXXX, a third party which also holds US Department of Education accounts on my credit report from XXXX XXXX, and buy and sales information which is a breach of The Privacy Act of 1974XXXX uses the XXXX Stock exchange without my consent of soliciting my personal information breach of the Privacy act of 1974.
