Consumer Complaint: I spoke with both creditors listed below and uploaded both responses at this point they informed me that they are not responsible if you TRANSUNION decide to continue to furnish INACCURATE information. TRANSUNION you are in clear VIOLATION of my rights under the FCRA you have failed to conduct proper reinvestigation. I requested that TRANSUNION to do an investigation on the accounts below for accuracy accounts came back verified. I do not believe an investigation was done because its no way the accounts would come back verified as accurate due to the large discrepancies and information mismatch highlighted in the attached documents. This is the final request for account deletion my privacy has been violated this is direct violation of my consumer rights as outline by the FCRA.
