Consumer Complaint: I spoke with both creditors listed below and uploaded both responses at this point they informed me that they are not responsible if you TRANSUNION decide to continue to furnish INACCURATE information. TRANSUNION you are in clear VIOLATION of my rights under the FCRA you have failed to conduct proper reinvestigation. I requested that TRANSUNION to do an investigation on the accounts below for accuracy accounts came back verified. I do not believe an investigation was done because its no way the accounts would come back verified as accurate due to the large discrepancies and information mismatch highlighted in the attached documents. This is the final request for account deletion my privacy has been violated this is direct violation of my consumer rights as outline by the FCRA. Failure to follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of my information as a consumer is NEGLIGENT and causing emotional distress and humiliation YOU Transunion have damaged my reputation ; I will be requesting {$1000.00} in damages due to failure of investigation please re-investigate and REMOVE these Erroneous, inaccurate accounts from my Consumer report!! 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 - Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) Duty of furnishers of information to provide accurate information ( 1 ) Prohibition ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate.
