Consumer Complaint: YOUR COMPLAINT Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to dispute and request validation for several items on my transunion and companies on credit report. I am a real person with no help, which is why I am here again. I have experienced difficulties in accessing my report, and upon successful access, the information provided seems inaccurate. Enclosed is a dispute letter addressed to Transunion, outlining my concerns and the specific details I am seeking for each account. I have previously sent this letter to Transunion multiple times without receiving any response. The list of accounts in dispute is as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Plus, my personal information, such as too many names on my account and a lot of addresses when I only have one, and the fact that there are still a bunch of phone numbers that should be no phone numbers, is still wrong. Thank you for your attention to this matter I kindly request your assistance in facilitating a resolution with Transunion and ensuring that the necessary investigations are conducted. Please see the attached dispute letter for your reference.

Consumer Complaint: I wrote to request that items that are unknown to me be removed. I just learned about this law today. Per FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ), you have four business days to remove or prohibit any content or objects. This is something I already mentioned in my prior complaint, and I'm mentioning it here once more. Consumer Complaint: " I have been filing reports since XX/XX/XXXX, followed by submissions on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and most recently on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite my patience and leniency, these companies, along with the CFPB, have failed to correct the inaccurate information on my report, including an incorrect social security number and addresses where I have never resided. I am aware that courts rely on factual evidence, which I have been diligently collecting. I approached the CFPB for assistance, but my reports have been disregarded, and the laws that should protect consumers like me have not been upheld. Given this situation, I am compelled to escalate the matter. Since the CFPB has not fulfilled its responsibilities, I will be pursuing legal action for all the violations committed by XXXX, XXXX, Transunion, and the CFPB. The damage caused by these inaccuracies has had a significant impact on my children, my livelihood, and me. '' This is also Deframation of my character due to when people pull my report and look at me like I am commiting fraud due to 22 address and wrong SS number etc.
