Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX and Transunion continues to report information they know is incorrect. XXXX XXXX was transferred the contract which does not give them full rights furthermore the contract is the security that is being sued in this credit arrangement which entitles me to equitable relief since it is traded for profit. XXXX XXXX cnnpt produce the ORIGINAL contract or collateral security because they are not entitled to any of it's profits and holding the security without a meeting of the minds violated my contracting right in commerce. Consumer Complaint: I am stressed and displeased that I see so many fraudulent accounts on my credit report. This is really damaging my credit worthiness. I am trying to buy a home for me and my family and this is not fair. I have tried several times to get these accounts removed. Let alone, my information was in a XXXX XXXX and transunion breach some months ago so I thought you all would protect my consumer report. I do not feel that my information is being protected. This is a defamation to my character and this is a federal law violation. According to, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ) my consumer report fairness and privacy has been violated. I am upset!! I am depending on the banking system and credit reporting agency to promote my privacy and fairness and they have not. This is not right and going against my federal consumer rights. This is causing emotional and mental stress as of now. Also it is illegal these companies should NOT be furnisher peoples information to 3rd party companies so this is illegal, neglect and fraud. I have already reported this to the local police department and Federal Trade Commission. These companies and the credit bureaus can be can get sued for these damages. This is negatively effecting my livelihood and putting me in a bad space. I feel your database is inaccurate and I am filing ligation against this if these items arent removed immediately and update the 4 late payments on my XXXX XXXX to never late paid as agreed. in accordance with the FDCPA.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Public record information inaccurate
Consumer Complaint: The information in this complaint contains that 2 of the 3 credit bureaus ( TransUnion and XXXX ) are denying my wife and I are rights as consumers as there are inaccurate information on both my wife 's credit report and my credit report in regard to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bankruptcies. Moreover, in relation to TransUnion, there has not been any representatives within this company that has been able to provide me any type of answer in regard to the " Improper Involuntary Bankruptcy Cases '', the XXXX XXXX and the XXXX that does not belong on either of our credit reports due to the attorney 's firm messing up the paperwork for both of these bankruptcies creating both of these, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to be done fraudulently. Additionally, I have asked numerous times different representatives within TransUnion on how to upload supporting documents for these 2 bankruptcies, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but have yet to receive any answer from TransUnion. Furthermore, by what the attorney 's firm did/created in this situation, it led me to becoming a victim of identity theft. As I received verification from the IRS from the 2 tax returns that they received for the XXXX Tax Year, after being audited from the IRS for this tax year. Moreover, in relation to XXXX, the representatives within their special services section ( dispute section ) did not do their " due diligence '' in regard to either one of these XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as they did not do the research that was needed to be done regarding these " Improper Involuntary XXXX XXXX ''. The supporting documents were uploaded to XXXX, however, the section within XXXX did not do any type of research into this documentation that was sent to them. Therefore, XXXX has ignored and is still ignoring the documentation from these bankruptcies as I received notice from XXXX that they were not willing to remove these " Improper Involuntary Bankruptcy Cases '' because XXXX has stated that these bankruptcies are legitimate and will stay on our credit reports. Furthermore, proving that XXXX did not do their research correctly into the information surrounding either one of these, the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX bankruptcies that was done on a fraudulent basis with the attorney 's firm and therefore, creating me to become a victim of identity theft with the IRS.

Consumer Complaint: The XXXX account reported on my credit report is not mine. The agency has sent information to me with names and addresses that conflict with the dates and times of my being in the country when this account was potentially opened. XXXX has harassed me about paying this account and has offered various ways and amounts to pay. However, the account does not belong to me. I have contacted the agency and filed several affidavits and complaints to the CRAs, including the attached FTC report denying all allegations that this account belongs to me.
