Consumer Complaint: XXXX reported fraudulent personal debt amounts to all XXXX credit bureaus. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported my personal debt amount as {$24000.00}. As of XX/XX/XXXX my student loan amount was actually {$17000.00}. Moreover, as of XX/XX/XXXX my student loan amount is actually {$10000.00}. This is a violation of 34 CFR 685.102, 34 CFR 685.200, 34 CFR 685.220, 34 CFR 30.1-30.70, 34 CFR 685.206, 34 CFR 685.222, 34 CFR 668.171- 668.176, 34 CFR 685.204, 34 CFR 685.208, FDCPA 1692-1692p, FDCPA 801 819, and 15 USC 1601. XXXX is legally obligated to report updates, adjustments, and payments to debt amounts on the first of each month. This is also a violation of CA civil code statutes AB 376, AB 1864, SB 908, 1788.101 ( a ), 1788.101 ( b ) ( 1 ) - ( 6 ), 1788.101 ( b ) ( 7 ) - ( 10 ), 1788.102, 1788.102 ( b ), 1788.102 ( c ) - ( d ), 1788.102 ( e ), 1788.102 ( f ), 1788.102 ( g ), 1788.102 ( h ), 1788.102 ( i ) and ( k ), 1788.102 ( j ), 1788.102 ( l ), 1788.102 ( m ), 1788.102 ( n ), 1788.102 ( o ) - ( r ), 1788.102 ( s ), and 1788.102 ( t ). Moreover, while attempting to correct this fraudulent information with XXXX, their representative ( Employee ID XXXX XXXX ) verbally stated they could not assist with this process. The representative stated that an external department would have to address the matter. Allegedly, an expedited email ( XXXX XXXX ) was issued. This is the same lie that was verbally stated to my person in XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore, this is not a duplicate reporting of fraud. This is an additional unique instance of fraud conducted by XXXX. This company continues to engage in fraud as an attempt to act as a subsidy for the U.S. Treasury department. Finally, I was informed that XXXX is unable to provide an accommodation in compliance with the XXXX ( XXXX ). I was informed that XXXX is unable to provide physical copies of my receipt notarized by the U.S. Postal Service. This is a violation of CA AB 376, Special disclosure requirements for private education loans law 1026.46 ( b ) ( 5 ), and 34 C.F.R. Part 104.

Consumer Complaint: I disputed my XXXX XXXX XXXX balance with TransUnion because they were reporting that I was holding a large balance without paying it. This was not true ; I held a large balance on the card that was promptly paid off due to moving expenses. Disputing this led to TransUnion completely removing XXXX XXXX XXXX from my credit report, resulting in a drop in score of XXXX points, and now I am unable to process my application for a home loan preapproval. XXXX XXXX says Transunion shows NO credit score for me whatsoever. This means I can not apply for a home loan at all as it looks like I have no credit history despite being almost XXXX XXXX XXXX and using my credit cards almost every day. This is not the first time Transunion has given me endless hassles and struggles when it comes to my financial well-being. I have also watched them boost my husband 's credit score past XXXX points despite his history with short sales and mortgage defaults. Yet, I have none of this on my record- I was NOT connected to my husband 's short sales in any way as these transactions happened BEFORE we were married - and I can barely crack XXXX. My husband is XXXX and I am XXXX. I have to wonder if these demographics play a role in how I am treated by Transunion.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Complaint Against XXXXXXXX XXXX for Inaccurate Credit Reporting Dear Sir/Madam , I am writing to file a formal complaint against XXXXXXXX XXXX concerning the inaccurate reporting of my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX account information to the XXXX major credit bureaus : TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX. This complaint is submitted in hopes of resolving an ongoing issue that has negatively impacted my credit report and score. The discrepancy involves the reported first date of delinquency. XXXX XXXX has erroneously reported the first date of delinquency as XX/XX/XXXX. This is incorrect. The actual first date of delinquency occurred in XX/XX/XXXX, when my account was 30 days late. Moreover, my account was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, which further contests the possibility of a first date of delinquency in XX/XX/XXXX. This inaccurate reporting has unjustly affected my credit standing. Despite multiple attempts to rectify this error directly with XXXXXXXX XXXX the issue remains unresolved. The persistence of this inaccurate information on my credit reports is a cause for significant concern and distress. I hereby request the CFPB 's assistance in investigating this matter. I seek a correction of the reported delinquency date to reflect the accurate first date of delinquency in XX/XX/XXXX and the acknowledgment of my account 's closure in XX/XX/XXXX. Thank You
