Consumer Complaint: As I understand it, under FCRA 605B, wrongly reported accounts should be taken off credit reports. I'm not sure what went wrong, but please check the accounts in the documents. They are inaccurately reported on my credit, causing distress. I need your help.

Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Consumer Complaint: I have several items being reported to all 3 credit bureaus, TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX that's causing severe damage to my credit. 15 U.S.C 6508- I have the right to opt out on anything on my credit report. 15 U.S.C 6802-6805- obligation and disclosure of personal information 15 U.S.C 1681- permissible purpose ( remove all hard inquires ) * Any charge-offs on your credit report with a 3rd party debt collector means that the item is CHARGED-OFF. *When your debt is sold over to a 3rd party debt collector, it is then considered as a certificate of indebtedness. which goes along with the 1099c which is now considered as income and INCOME CAN NOT BE REPORTED TO YOUR CREDIT REPORT. I have addresses on my credit report that are NON- MAILABLE TransUnion told me that that would remove them as well as XXXX XXXX but XXXX is refusing to remove the addresses and refusing to tell me where they got the address from, but they are making reports to my credit which is in violation of my rights under the Privacy Act of 1974. Items being reported to each credit bureau that I am opting out of, and need removed : 1.Dept. of Ed/ XXXX ( 3rd party ) - reporting {$1100.00}, {$460.00}, {$1500.00} and {$4800.00} all 4 items were discharged and are still being reported to all 3 credit bureaus. 2XXXX XXXX sold over to a third party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX still reporting {$610.00} to all 3 credit bureaus. 3XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX sold over to a 3rd party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX still reporting {$540.00} to TransUnion and XXXX XXXX 4. XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1100.00} charged off ( removed from TransUnion but still being reported to XXXX and XXXX ) 5. XXXX XXXX sold over to a 3rd party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$1000.00} charged off still being reported to TransUnion and XXXX. 6.XXXXXXXX- debt was discharged, the contract was falsifying information and null, and void due to XXXX never sending over my paperwork to my lien holder which was XXXX XXXX and the company also paid my car off through my SOCIAL SECURITY, got my lien release paperwork, and has been selling my title and was still taking money from my account for over 2 years. They are still calling me harassing me for a payment for a vehicle that is paid off and also had my vehicle reposed and auctioned. Still being reported to all 3 credit bureaus. 7. XXXXXXXX XXXX-sold over to a 3rd party ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) {$1000.00} still being reported to all 3 credit bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: After paying off 2 mortgages that were in forbearance totaling approximately {$250000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX, the creditor resumed reporting to the credit agencies 3 late payments in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX due to the loss of my job because of XXXX, a natural disaster. My credit score immediately dropped more than 150 points incorrectly by Transunion even though the late payments were due to XXXX and almost 2 years prior to the entire payoff of both mortgages in full. In addition, Transunion and XXXX both use the same source of data, and the same method to compute a credit score, namely the XXXX XXXX method of reporting. My credit score for both Transunion and XXXX has always been identical or within a few points of one another. Now the scores are approximately 150 points apart because Transunion is not computing my score correctly, and is reporting a score that is Poor and can do me no good in terms of obtaining credit, getting auto insurance, finding an apartment, etc. I have been in contact with Transunion in XXXX and XXXX of XXXX, spoke to XXXX supervisors and had an investigation performed and the only answer I get back is that my score is what the computer has computed for me. I need some human intervention here and common sense applied to this situation. At the request of Transunion, I've already tried contacting the creditor to change their reporting and they refuse to do so. The problem is that Transunion is computing my score incorrectly as evidenced by the fact that Transunion is currently reporting my score at XXXX while XXXX is reporting my score at XXXX, so it makes no sense. Something is wrong with the computation that Transunion is using because 3 late payments more than 2 years ago due to XXXX should not drop my credit score XXXX points.

Consumer Complaint: Upon investigating I found a number of falsely reported inquiries. I did not give the bureaus permission to give away my information to the companies on the dates started. Yet somehow by their placement of them on my credit repot they are considered verified without them having ever verified their validity or getting consent from me.
